Will not be back food wasnt up to standard manager came over and was very rude and questioning me what happened to customer service i felt very uncomfortable so paid and left she took burger off bill but it wasnt plesent speaking to manager wont be back,the young lady who served us was very pleasent thats about it !

Food was okay, the members of staff we had serving us were a bit dry and didn't seem very welcoming. Food order came out wrong, and with missing items. We were charged £6.80 for a bit of plain pasta on the side for our 2 year old as that's mainly all she will eat, staff were a bit rude when we questioned it. They finally reduced it down to £4 after having to speak to the manager. But still seemed a ridiculous price for what it was.

The lady who looked after us, I'm not sure if she was the manager, was fantastic especially when we expressed my daughters list of intolerant ingredients! My daughter ordered a vegan pizza but the lady wouldn't let her have it as there was too much sugar in the tomato sauce and she would not have been happy for my daughter to eat it also she couldn't guarantee if there was or wasn't any cross contamination between ingredients! Poor daughter had chips but the rest of the families meals were great ?Wheelchair accessibility: Although I'm disabled and we had parked in a disabled spot when we left the restaurant some silly person had squeezed their car right up close to the passenger side of our car which meant I couldn't get in the car without it reversing back! The other car wasn't even in a parking spot but on the chevron markings between! Apart from that the restaurant had adequate room for either walking with crutches or wheelchair access

Nice setting but food is mediocre. I ordered the pasta and meatballs for myself and pasta bolognaise for my 2 yo daughter off the kids menu. Both dishes were exactly the same only mine had 2 tiny meet balls on top. Not impressed.
Our food came really quickly and was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were really welcoming and couldn’t have done enough. Think their names were sharon and stephen ? Will definitely be back

Was a bit disappointed. Having not been to F&Bs for a few years decided to give it a try again one night. Service was great but food was a bit bland. Not really a dining out experience, more like fast food sitting in a restaurant.
