Mother's day menu was really good very busy service was a little bit slow but the food was excellent and worth waiting

Painfully slow service. Sat for nearly 2 hours waiting on the main course. Other customers were visibly angry waiting on their food also and some even left before it came out. The “manager” left the younger staff members to deal with all the customers complaints. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told she was “too busy”. The younger staff were actually very good and put up with a lot of complaints and handled them professionally, unlike the manager who was rude and unprofessional. Any business can have a bad day but I would never go near this place again because of the management, which is a shame because the younger waiting staff were excellent.

They had no record of my booking upon arrival despite ringing to confirm a few hours beforehand. In total spent 2.5 hours in the restaurant as there was a 1hr wait between starters and main course- we could see other tables experiencing the same. Their 'champagne' palette cleanser seemed to actually be a scoop of frozen coconut milk. The same frozen coconut milk was served up for dessert as their 'sorbet assortment' and we had to send this back. No explanation was offered for any of the above. Overall a shockingly bad experience for the price.

Painfully slow service! Our starters took 45 minutes to make it to the table from arrival. The mains came out 1.5 hours after arrival. I love a bit of seasoning but the steak tasted like it had been drowned in salt, was not cooked to order and was chewy. The roast gravy was also incredibly salty, the chicken was dry with so little stuffing I’m not sure why they even bothered and the white chocolate pannacotta was completely tasteless. Oh and to add insult to injury they slapped a £14 service charge on for our table of 4. Needless to say we will not be back nor could I recommend based on this evenings experience. The tables around us had equally horrendous waits for their food and weren’t one little bit impressed either. One person actually had to send their plate back as their sea bass was cold. So incredibly disappointing!

Service was shocking. Waited 1 and a half hours between starter and main course. 4 other tables complained also and one table actually left due to the long wait between courses.

Painfully slow service, almost an hour between courses. My chargrilled steak was blackened, acrid and inedible. Every table in the place was visibly annoyed, clearly standards have slipped.

I had a 3 course meal here last night and I have to say the food was out of this world. It is the tastiest food that's passed my lips for a while. The chips tasted like my Gran dad's homemade ones!! Also I was excited to see cauliflower and cheese on the menu....you never see that on a menu. It came with those chips on the side and a side of salad with olives which was super tasty. My starter was a breaded mushroom which I was expecting to be a tad on the greasy side but I needn't have worried it was really lovely the way they did it. I also got very excited to see bread and butter pudding on the menu....one of my favourite old school desserts. To be fair it wasn't anything like the original one and more a play on it....like an up market bread and butter pudding but it was so tasty. The only criticism came, not from me, but my two friends had "greens" come with their meal. One got a single stalk of broccoli and the other two bits of what looked like kale. All in all a fantastic night with the perfect soundtrack for Valentine's Day and our waitress Lucie was a wee gem. I think I might have actually found one of my favourite restaurants in Belfast! Oh also wanted to say I can't believe I got my three course meal and the bread and dips for the table for £38! An absolute steal. Well done Graze. ?

I really wanted to like this place. Food was pretty average, pretty sure my steak jus was just gravox, service was awfully slow and drinks took 2 meals to arrive. Maybe it was just a bad night for

We got a seat late on in the evening, very good for this usually busy establishment.1st off I felt the entrance, makes you feel " stared at" as you walk in, no front of house. The service from waiting staff was good, though I am concerned that our seat we could see staff, going out a back door to smoke...didn't see hand washing thereafter & smelt smoke from staff. The food itself was of high quality but not great portion sizes, my scallops were tiny. It's a shame the steak I had was tasty, well made but again accompanying food was off small portions. My partners chicken was cooked well but not seasoned nor was the champ, she thought the sauce was very " watery thin"Overall we enjoyed the tastes but actually bought a pizza later on as we were so hungry, as the portions were small.Tasty food yes.. good portion sizes no.Oh and no 1 wants to see staff out smoking nor acting daft in the background.2.5 out off 5.

Absolutely outstanding meal in Graze last Friday. The food was top quality and lots of great options on the Christmas menu. Alana was brilliant craic and had excellent knowledge about the menu and drinks!

The restaurant is fresh and well laid out, plenty of on street car parking.Greeted at the door and directed to our seats, given menus and then left for just under 10mins before we were asked if we wanted a drink. No offer of water or what the specials were.We asked one of the waitresses for a bottle of water and ended up with 2 from two different members of staff.Customer service was very confusing as we didn't have one dedicated server and were unsure of who was serving us, we were left to sit unattended for too long.Nice variety of choice - I opted for goats cheese fritters, beetroot, red onion marmalade, apple & bombay nut salad for starter; very tasty and just enough to not make it sickening. For my main I selected Grange Farm chicken breast, scallion potato bake, hispey cabbage, tenderstem broccoli & pea puree jus; looked lovely, I was grateful for the pea puree as the chicken was slightly dry. Portion size didn't leave you feeling you overstuffed.I selected the warm chocolate fondant with ice cream for dessert; good choice.Overall the experience was enjoyable and I would like to try it again.
