Daniel is amazing,5* costumer servicecan multi task that’s important in a greggs store because every one the the stores are understaffed or the other staff just hide somewhere because even if the queue is around the block 1 person serves while 1 or 2 others just walk by 0 help for colleges or costumers.Vegetarian options: Its got vegan stuff so same thing ?

Great experience! I had a sausage roll and wedges and they were the best! I mean, that is what you can expect from Greggs. Very big also and plenty of seats. 10/10!Vegetarian options: Fair amount of vegan products like all the other Greggs locations.Parking: Not any parking but there is the NCP Parking.

Sunday 29th October @ 12:40pm, was very busy at this time, expected there to be a wait as there was a big queue and one person serving. You could clearly hear staff out the back of house talking amongst themselves, (most likely busy prepping more food), however, I was served by a guy named Cameron who took pride in his job, had time for every customer that came to the till and greeted everyone with a smile, give this young lad a pay rise. Or at least some help!!! Despite that, Cameron handled working under pressure, alone, very well!

No visit to Belfast without a visit to Greggs for their wonderful vegan sausage roll, which I strongly recommend as it is the most delicious vegan sauce roll I've ever eaten. I'd bought one then returned for three more... For the friendly staff member to inform me I could get four for the price of three. Even better.Excellent location near the city hall, convenient for tourists like myself who'd like a break from walking.
Fantastic staff! Don't often pop into Greggs but when I went in for a chicken pastry had a lovely chat with two very friendly gents. Advised I try Greggs own raspberry lemonade and on this very hot and humid day it was exactly what I needed! 10/10 would come back to this Greggs for staff alone!

Didn't heat up my baguette when I told them to. Or they did and their heating equipment is pathetic, mate. Pizza was stone-hard. I feel like a fool for eating here. The seating arrangement makes you the laughing stock of the city - like a circus act on display for guffawing citizens to gawp at. The Circle City deserves better.

The food is amazing but the tables and chairs are left dirty forever. Used tissues, food crumbs, ketchup stains on the table, it's a mess everywhere. Really not easy to enjoy food in messy surroundings.
Love it cheap as chips.
