A typical Greggs. Fast service as place is usually very quiet. Seating area always looks like it's being cleaned or just been cleaned. Only ever had takeaway coffee and snack. Staff friendly and efficient, shelves usually pretty empty and adds to a general empty, lifeless atmosphere.

Standard Greggs food, doesn’t really change from store to store except that it’s a gamble if the hot food will actually be hot. First impressions: there was no response from the staff member despite me saying “Hello” - just a blank stare like I’d disturbed him. He just kept staring until I told him what I wanted. Then just a few grunts from him to tell me the total and to ask if I wanted my items in the same bag. The interaction ended with me saying thank you to him but he just grunted, turned and walked off.

asked a very simple question (or so i thought) as the coffee machine wasnt working... "Do you expect the machine to be working later on today?" to be directed to an elderly lady who answered with the most arrogant and ignorant response along the lines of it was meant to be done yesterday... wasnt the question I asked and had to walk out without an answer, customer service on point.

Calamity of a place.... couldn't get an order right if the fate of the planet hung in the balance! Obviously it's either poor quality staff of poor quality training.... either way they seem utterly incapable of doing even the basics of their job correctly!
I love a morning flat white coffee and crispy croissant. (My treat) it's delicious ?. Thankyou Dargan Team for starting my day the right way. ? ?

Good place to visit in the mornings. Flat white coffee is yummy. I'm not a huge fan of the breakfast that they offer, but that's personal preference. Parking is really good at 7.20am ;)I can't comment on rest of the day.It's a very busy greggs and extremely well priced for morning coffee and breakfast, if you are lucky enough to be an O2 customer you'll also benefit from freebies..... your welcome!
