I cannot believe at the ridiculous service I've just received both in store and delivery wise. The cheek I received of your employee Aya was absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional! Aya laughed in my face when I asked if I could firstly speak to a manager regarding my food not turning up which was ordered via just eat and showed her the email receipt, she smirked and said "contact just eat nothing to do with me" then walked away, on what level is that customer service? I'm absolutely shocked that you would employ someone like that who has zero customer service skills and very unprofessional, even when I asked for her name as i was going to make a complaint her reply was "do what you want, I don't care nothing will happen to me" maybe someone like her shouldn't be in a forward facing customer environment and shouldn't be in a job to begin with if she firstly can't speak to customers in a professional manner and secondly can't act like a human being. Disgraceful! £40+ down the drain on the food which never received and £14 on taxis as I had to go to restaurant and back.I would be absolutely amazed if you as a big corporation would remain to employ someone like that and no investigation or punishment is taken against the employee.

Awful customer service at kfc Bradbury Place, Belfast. No order number provided after online order despite payment being taken. We had to order the food and pay again.Staff in establishment were awful to deal with, very rude, advised there was no manager in the store.Made complaint online, they clearly didn't read the nature of the complaint and still awaiting this being resolved.I would never recommend kfc to anyone and will not be back.
