Kitchen is full of rude ignorant people , can’t understand your order then when u go to the window refuse to give your food and serve you , and slam a window in your face and turn there backs and not look at you when your saying excuse me ! Use this place every day and will not be back and will be telling everyone to AVOID KFC

We ordered a family bucket at 5pm and the chicken was soooo dry and hard to eat !!! Why are they allowed to sell meat which is being reheated and NOT fresh ??? A waste of money !

Bought family feast consisted of 2 pieces of chicken, 2 wings and 6 drumsticks. Chips were uneatable as thy wer covered in pepper. Waste of £25+ wont be going there

Food was good but the personal hygiene of a certain member of staff was appalling. He came beside us and we couldn’t eat our food as we had to hold our breathe until he went away. We weren’t comfortable as we were hoping he wouldn’t come near our side again.

Delivery service rubbish,:just: eat. 5 times they have said food delivered and nothing I live within 5 minutes from KFC but do not receive any food, this KFC is a joke change your delivery service if you want to save your customers.
Was rushed at the window and staff kept repeatedly asking for the drink order when we were deciding for only 7 bloody seconds. Food was dropped out the window and drink was only half filled.

Waited for my order more than 20 mins and my friend get his order earlier than me When I came to ask, my order wasn’t even started and no one even apologised. Wrap is really small, with no salad and just a little of sauce
