Called into KFC saintfield Road. I ordered via the app for collection. Upon my arrival I tried to check in using the app but something went wrong. Explained at the counter and unfortunately they couldn’t do the order because there is no live order. Alex who then helped further, I re ordered and she was more than helpful. She has served me a few times when I’ve been in and is always friendly but today she went above and beyond. Her customer service is second to none. Deserves a pay rise. Sad to hear that she is leaving soon but best of luck on your new venture

waited at the drive through for 10 mins, got no service. Went inside then ordered and had to wait 15-20mins. forgot to give a drink as part of meal, never gave any straws. terrible service and place is a kip.

Used to be the best but did they go downhill barely any chicken in a fillet burger might as well order the batter plus hotwings where freezing got them changed only for 2nd batch to be exact same waste of money they obviously don't care about the customer live and learn will not be back.

I can't praise this KFC Saint field Road enough. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and had the loveliest of staff. Everyone one of them were friendly, helpful and busy house keeping. My grandson loved his food, Chicken nuggets, chips and gravy. It was a large portion, he eat it all. A thing he never does and 2 large cokes with a complementary ice cream all came to just under £10. Highly recommended and I will be back. Thank you.

Knowing that everyone loves to leave more negative than positive comments I have to say we Love, Love Love this KFC Saintfield Road.... highly rate.The lady on drive thru yesterday was so polite and ensuring our order was correct, our food was perfect, hot and extremely tasty. We will definitely return. Well done guys keep up the great work.Yous are amazing. Much love.

Service was a bit slow as it seemed to be only one staff member on taking orders. New stack burger with stuffing was yummy.Parking: It's hard to get out of because of being on a busy road.

Ordered Online and once came to pickup says sorry nothing is available. This is same situation everytime seems like they can't work the service is very poor if you can't offer the food then close down the shop. Let someone else who is capable of delivering food to customers can start new business.

I know the person has done very well from the frabchise but it's time the estate was brought up to a inviting standard and food portions less stingy.The food is tasty but portions on the small side.The place was almost empty but, as with any KFC I have visited here, the lack of customer numbers does not speed up the wait. And it's not in the time to prepare since the chicken is usable when ordering. It can cone colder than desired which is another reason for questioning the time it takes to provide the food.
