Went on a friend's recommendation, and was really happy with the experience. The wood fired pizzas are excellent, wonderful flavours, beautiful base, expertly cooked. I have managed pizzerias in the past, so know what I'm talking about. Value for money was excellent too. A new go to spot whenever we're in Belfast.

A very pleasant surprise to find a pizzeria with such quality in Belfast.They made us a delicious multi-cheese pizza that will remain in our memories.Fast and very friendly service.Without a doubt a highly recommended place.

It seems that they are not interested in families with children, we went to eat and they told us that there was no table for us, but then they gave it to another family without children... it seems that it does not compensate them.

Giving it 3 stars due to the price for the Eton mess vs the portion size. £5.50 for each of them and they give you it in a cup, takeaway, and the cup is barely half full. This was in the Ballyhackamore branch.Pizza was delicious though and can’t fault it, 24 inch was impressive and filling.
Came in earlier in the night to make a booking. Was told there was no booking system. Came back later and they said their list was full? Don't come here if you're hungry because you'll either have to wait outside until they have something or find a way to put yourself on their magic list?

Great food but consistently terrible service. The food here is always amazing and is such great value but every time we’ve eaten in the customer service has been terrible. Even just basic customer service like checking the food is okay after serving or offering a knife and fork just doesn’t happen. During our last visit we received the wrong order, the waitress looked very annoyed despite it being the chef’s mistake. They took it away and eventually bought the right thing but not once did anyone even say “sorry”. They had no tap water available so we paid for bottled instead which they informed us would not even be cold because they hadn’t put any in the fridge. You regularly sit and wait for anyone to pay attention to you for 30 minutes+ even when it’s not particularly busy. Customers feel like they are an inconvenience to the staff! They look annoyed if you ask for anything! It’s such a shame because like I said the food is always amazing so I can’t understand why they never seem to get the service right.
