Delivery service horrendous and counter staff very unhelpful. Order over 2 hours late. Will not be back again when food arrived it was freezing.

Placed an order and it said it would be 55 minutes rang up and the girl said it would be the next order to go out 40 minutes past still no food eventually it arrived over 2 hours later when my husband rang the girl was so cheeky and rude and Apparently she doesn't work in a take away according to her. Food came and it was freezing she offered us £10 off our next order there won't be a next time stay clear from here.

Second time I've got cold meet in my pita bread. The difference on this occasion is that my pita was bread was uncooked and doughy.

UNREAL! We actually drive from Bangor to collect our pizzas. Its so fresh & delicious.The owner definitely uses the best ingredients & has passion for great food.Staff are really friendly & helpful, which is always a plus.Prices are superb, especially considering the qualitiy of the ingredients.Highly recommended.Thanks again guys.

Absolutely amazing chicken burger batter was perfect and chicken was cooked to perfection lovely friendly staff and chicken burger and chips was nicest I had in a while portions are very generous

Ordered a pizza from here and when I got it and opened the box there was nothing on it , I rang the shop to see what was going on , they where so helpful and informed me to turn the box up the right way and open it …. Boom fully loaded right there ?No, but seriously the food from Lydias is outstanding, never had a problem at all . Will continue to order from here ?
Kebab was of poor taste and not good enough for a recommendation. Also cash only..?

Used to love their pizza authentic Italian. Ordered online . Over an hour it took to be delivered. I had to phone to find out where it was. When arrived freezing and uneatable . Will not be ordering again.

Phoned and ordered at 17.20 after 45mins I phoned to see if the order was on route and was told delivery takes an hour. Fair enough though wish they had of said that 1st and would have went and collected it. Have been trying to call since 18.40 eventually got through at 18.55 and cancelled the order. Guys seriously if you're overwhelmed and can't fulfil an order don't accept it or explain there will be a long wait.

The best Chicken kebab I have ever eaten. Grilled to perfection with a smokey flavour and delicious peppers and mushrooms to match. So impressed, I will be back for more very soon. Absolutely brilliant. Lovely.

Wouldnt rate this at all, a freezer pizza would have been nicer. Chips must of been dipped 3 times over. Wouldnt eat here again.
