Had the Honey Chilli Chicken but unfortunately the chicken definitely was not fresh chicken, it was reformed/processed chicken.Very very disappointed as the shop was just open less than half an hour and chicken was also cold in the middle.

The shop accepts only cash, they should accept card payments and I do not know why. Food is salty to be honest. I ordered large box menu ( sausage, chips, ribs, etc..). They were not tasty. It is just they revived it from frozen and cooked and BBQ sauce is not tasty!Again, I just do get why they only cash payment. Why?

The wait was over an hour. When seated already had water and tea at table but will not tell you it’s 5 dollars for hot tea. Then food took forever to come out (15 minutes for a cart to get to the table) and on the carts by the time it gets to our table it’s all gone. When you bring the check to the front they will just mumble what you ordered. We had ordered 5 things cost 71 dollars plus tip. If they food was good we didn’t care about how expensive. It was not good and cold. It’s not worth it.

I love the food from mandarin star, only these past two orders have been slightly wrong. I don’t know if it is the restaurants fault or just eat apps fault, I have ordered shredded beef in honey & chilli but got chicken twice now & with last nights order I ordered fried rice with my chicken balls only I got chips. Still ate it (because I actual hate complaining) & enjoyed it, I just thought I should inform the restaurant & the app.

Decent takeaway. Food is of a good standard. The Munchie boxes are great value for money.
Ordered from here for the first time tonight. The chicken chow mein was delicious. Not too greasy and full of flavour. I'll be definitely ordering from here again .
