The car park is an absolute disaster but the restaurant is pretty well organised at present and the staff are helpful. We always call here on the way through, can be difficult to find as Omagh is a nightmare for traffic.

Disappointing service at the drive thru today. Order taker clearly bored and seemed annoyed that I wanted lots of different items. No ice cream or milkshake either. Then after being parked up they forgot one of the items which we had to go back in for. Thankfully the food was good!

App is great for getting through drive through quickly, food wasn't good compared to other McDonald's Branch's

I always use the click and serve option on the McDonald's app. The food is always prompt and piping hot. No complaints ?

Always know what you are going to get because standards don't tend to slip. A good McDs. Drive through is supet quick and if sitting in it's always clean. Great for that guilty pleasure.

Fast food as you all know thats not overally filling keeps the kids happy and all that along with a strawberry millshake you've hit the button lol. Queues long at times plus drive through pretty similar. Allow a little time or get there early.
Terrible service, waited more than 20mins for 3 breakfast meals and when they did eventually send part of it with us, two of the meals were wrong and the 3rd was missing part. Awful experience and the apology was no use to anyone.

Food just light warm. Not a good hot food. Only fries is hot. Service is fine but not the food. Disappointed in this McDonald.

Disappointed with the food for a second time the food has been quite cold. On a plus the service was fast and the staff where pleasant and service was good all round. Car parking is also good and the drive through seems quick and afficient
