Absolutely disgusting pizza & the restaurant was freezing cold. It looks to have a nan bread type base with a massively overpowering herb taste to it. The tomato sauce is boggin, the cheese is very thin & almost tasteless. The chicken is the only thing that's not a chore to eat as it actually tastes like friggin chicken! There's much nicer places to go than here & I'll definitely not be returning ever again.Parking: There's nowhere safe to park unless it's before / after the clearway / bus lane times. The residential side streets are packed to the brim & other surrounding areas are double yellow lines or other restrictions. The entire area already mentioned is well patrolled by Belfast City Council funded NSL traffic attendants on both foot & scooter beats right throughout the day.

Didn’t get right order so I called and asked for the right order and they were very cheecky on the phone and didn’t give me the order or my money back never ordering here again!!

We came here from the south on a day trip to Belfast on Saturday 3rd of Feb at approx 12:15pm. Stopped at Pizza hut cause we dont have it in Republic of Ireland. We walked in and were ignored by the staff. We werent sure if we needed to wait to be seated or if we just sit ourselves and get a menu or would be brought one. After a few minutes we just walked to a seat and took a takeaway menu to our table.We waited a while until we figured out he had to order at the counter. So we did.Food came pretty quickly & was proper pizza hut deep pan, delicious!We would have left only for we cant get pizza hut anywhere else.The staff seemed like they didnt like us or were completely disinterested.The restaurant seemed nice and clean, the food was delicious but the staff seemed annoyed by our presence. We will not be in a rush to return.

It's pizza hut I can't say no more ,it was lovely ,you can deep pan pizza in this one ,we can't in the south of Ireland and the pizzas where lovely,it's new to me but we didn't get any plates or knives and forks ,but it's a while since I was in one,we used knapkins provided ,pricing is good and staff are polite and friendly and will be back again?

We went here whenever we visit Belfast because there's no Pizza Hut in Ireland. We always get cheesy bites crust or stuffed crust for our pizza. ? We have the place for ourselves when we ate in here last 17 December. The parking is just hard. It's always full in front of the restaurant.

Order from this place if you want to starve.I ordered a 11.5 inch pizza meal at 20 past 11 on the 31st of December.No exaggeration it has taken over a year to arrive, i have went to bed starved, i am writing this at 1:50am and my food was cancelled.

Ordered pizza, wrong pizza was delivered. Phoned and new pizza couldn’t be delivered. No refund given a week later. Being ignored via email. Really poor customer experience and still out of pocket. Swerve this place if you ask

Delicious food, service was fantastic. Food was hot and the servers were there for anything you needed. There was so much food, they kindly packed up all the leftovers to have later. It wasn't too busy either so it created a nice atmosphere to have dinner. ..

Online order received from a rude delivery diver. When the driver rang me on my phone, I immediately went downstairs. Then he started complaining that he had been waiting and he tried to call me, but it didn't get connected. I received a text message of a missed call notification from the driver which was only 2 minutes ago. Technology can play up anytime which I suppose is beyond my control. The driver further claimed that he rang my doorbell, but it didn't work. I checked later on, and it worked. The driver was quite rudely behaving with me on why he needed to wait for a little longer. While I understand they are under pressure to deliver from one location to another, but this is not a way to talk to customers especially when I didn't deliberately make him wait! It was all out of my control. Furthermore, the store did not have any order tracker system that at least I can track and make a guess on whether someone has arrived or not. Upon phoning the store to raise the matter, I got the impression that if I received the food, then why I was phoning them back to raise the matter. Unsurprisingly, no one apologised. I would like to believe that this is something for the store Management to work on.

Very disappointed with the delivery.We ordered a winning deal offer, the order came and it was cold and was missing the crispy fries. We also ordered the cheese triangles and they were tiny. Very disappointed overall not what I would expect from pizza hut. Much better on the mainland. Paid over 30 quid and feel like I've been robbed.
