Crackin wee spot. 400 years old. Oldest pub in Belfast. My first time in it. We went to the steak night on a Tuesday. Have to say was well impressed with everything. Food service atmosphere. I was expecting it to be a wee bit snobby n we were just down from doing divis mountain so weren't exactly dressed to impress lol. Was very relaxed and welcoming. Maybe not the cheapest but not overly expensive and you really do get what you pay for in here. Highly recommend

We've had very enjoyable lunches and dinners here previously but it was poor on this occasion. My wife's sea bass had little taste whilst the steak in my steak sandwich seemed to have been cooked multiple ways; between medium rare and well done. Some mouthfuls were unchewable. We were in and out in 35 minutes. I did tell the staff member it wasn't good and she said she would tell the kitchen. A waste of £50. Staff lovely though and it's very characterful inside.

Beautiful beer garden in the summer out the back of this historic pub. We popped in for a pint whilst walking along the towpath from Lisburn to Belfast and weren't disappointed. Got a nice beer from a Belfast brewery and enjoyed in the sun. Cornhole available to play too and there are freshly baked pizzas available. Great place to check out

Booked a last-minute Sunday lunch date. Food was unbelievable as always. Our servers were attentive & never let our glasses become empty. Food was top-notch, fresh & extremely filling. 2 course £25 & 3 courses £30.

Amazing little spot food was amazing! Would highly suggest this to anyone. Its me and the mrs new spot and i walk my wee baby up on a sunny day in his pram to get a pint in the beautiful garden and walk back. One of the best spots about!

My partner and I went for the steak deal Bob's have on a Tuesday and Wednesday night. It was nice but we both agreed we wouldn't return. We both asked for our steaks to be cooked medium although my partners was definitely rare. We really wanted dessert but the menu is very limited and nothing grabbed our attention. A glass of wine with each steak was included but my partner had a soft drink and was not offered the glass of wine
We goto Bob Stewart’s quite regularly and we love it. It’s amazing in the summer, sitting in the beer garden with live music etc. The atmosphere is always brilliant and the food is always really fresh, tasty and good quality. Staff are always friendly too and are very attentive. I would definitely recommend trying here.

Wasn't sure what to think before going here given some negative reviews, however I loved it. I went with three friends for lunch recently and had an excellent time. We all enjoyed our food and drinks and had a great time. It is a little on the pricey side but that wouldn't be an issue for me personally. Good location with a sizeable car park at the back. Pub itself is dripping with character and the staff are very friendly. I will be back. Highly recommended!

Was here for the Company Christmas Dinner. Our table was booked for 15:30 which was good as it wasn't busy. However with this what can happen is you are forgotten about especially if your in the backroom. Now the best bit the food, from my soup starter and the turkey an ham main and all the trimmings it spot on so much so I hadn't room for dessert!!

We went on a Sunday in November, despite not being very busy we waited a long time for service. We struggled to get a second drink, order dessert etc but the food was dead on. The kids menu is funny and the kids liked it!

We were so disappointed. We had not been there from it was taken over. I had always enjoyed the steak sandwichs but it was just terrible. Not one of us enjoyed our meal. Such a pity as it is a lovely restaurant but I really don't think anyone of us would go back
