The sorbet and frozen yogurt tastes just like medicine. There is nothing Italian, natural, or authentic. The female attendant was nice, but the product is mediocre. I threw most of it away.

Arrived at 8:15 (closes at 9) to be told it’s takeaway only. Everything covered and cleared up. The young guy in charge was washing the floor and looking to get rid of us. Really disappointed!! Hope the owners are aware!!!

Spoon Street Ballyhackamore, terrible staff closing early when store doesn't close to 10:30pm. Got there at 8:45, staff seem to choose when to close.

Came here with friends from Australia just before 10pm, the staff told us they were closing at 10 and so we couldn't sit in. We asked the staff why their sign on the window says they open until 10.30pm. They just said they close at 10. Limited flavours were available at this time. The small tub is no longer an option and I find the product over priced so don't go near the toppings which bring the weight and cost up. Froyo nice enough but overall a bit disappointing.

Reasonably priced ice cream cone at £2.80 (5/5/23).However, yet again ripped off for a tiny bit of sauce at 80 pence for literally a drizzle - check out the photo.Why.... ??

All self serve, weighted at the end to pay. About £6 per cup with toppings. An ode to ice cream and frozen yogurt. Many flavours for both and about 50 different toppings - paradise for kids. Will be coming back

Good quality frozen yogurt, okay choices, but sticky tables

Used to be our go to place.. after two small pumps of frozen yogurt and two toppings, add a fruit shoot and your £8 down. Not sure if it's been bought over but if it has.. quickest way to loose customers.

Felt ripped off to be honest at £4.90 for a small ice-cream and a couple of toppings.

Taste is amazing. Be careful easy to spend a fortune though.

Me and my mate were getting a large tub each, it said on the sign £3.50 to £6, so naturally we thought it capped out at 6 pound each, and boy were we ready... we filled up our cups with as much chocolate ice cream as we could fit, there was a decent amount, let's say a mauds large tub portion in each one. Now, this is where we got caught out, when checking out, we found out about something they use called "scales", we weren't prepared for this, but the price would cap out at £6 each right? Still expensive but could be worse, anyway, we place our creations on the scales, and then proceeded to get charged £17.60 for 2 ice creamsDaylight robbery, they need to make it obvious that the price goes by weight so you don't find out at the last minuteStill recovering mentally, financially and even physically
