Seated for 15 minutes waiting for table service. When I ask at the bar if there was table service, she repleyed "depends". I suggested that she puts it on the table or menu... Depends...?

This is a great place to eat and had the most lovely staff always up for a chat. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 2 tour buses at the buffet but we were still well looked after in the dining room. The food was really delicious.!!!

Went to grab a coffee, but got food envy when I saw another customer order fish and chips, so I ordered my own. The fish was great, nice batter, crispy and didn't have an overly greasy feel to it. Only downsides to the mean were the mushy peas being strangely watery and the serving of chips being on the small side. And the coffee was ok.

Had dinner here while staying in the hotel and too tired from work to go further afield on a Monday night. Unfortunately found myself sharing the place with an entire coach trip, but that couldn't be helped. I'm not a sports fan but the TVs weren't on too loud so were quite easy to ignore. The cocktail list is short and not very informative. I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc which was OK. The fish and chips was good: lots of chunky chips, nice fresh well cooked fish, crispy batter, plenty of mushy peas and tartare sauce. The Eton mess wasn't Eton mess, it was just berries and cream, with no meringue pieces. It tasted OK but was served in a smallish martini glass which felt like quite a rip-off for eight quid. The staff were very busy and evidently quite harassed but still made an effort to be friendly and helpful. Not many options for gluten-avoiders, and I suspect not an option at all if you're coeliac; fortunately I'm not, and can eat fish and chips as long as I eat very little or none of the batter. I didn't love the experience of eating here, but it did provide me with a decent low-stress dinner, and for that I was grateful.

It was very cold ❄️ at the time.but if the Sun was out it's great. Just needs more than one barperson

Beautiful place to dine and excellent service. The staff members are very friendly and the atmosphere is really cool. One of the best places In Belfast for a tasty n yummy meal.

Dreadful, had the panko chicken burger, burnt bun and overcooked burger that somehow managed to taste of nothing. The chips were dull and impossible to salt as no table salt available, just salt mills that throw chunks everywhere. Best thing on the plate was the coleslaw and even that was mediocre. Other half didn't fair much better with fish and chips. The battered fish looked like it had been forgotten in the fryer it was so dark in colour and its flavour was lost. 2 stars as the staff were friendly.

Didn't have food but the bar area and drinks are very nice. Staff very friendly. Didn't get the young fellas name who worked in the bar in the evenings but hes a credit to the service.

Ordered two bottles of coke, bar tender gave us room temperature bottles and acted all confused when asked for cold ones. Slow and poor service The food - avoid The chicken burger was fatty and dry with no taste, very basic and unappetising Lasagna - microwaved to oblivion and two dry slices of garlic bread All flung onto the table with a £37 price tag Honestly McDonald’s is much better Don’t bother Only ate here as we’d just got of a flight that was delayed

Very pleased with our food. Didnt take too long. Prices were reasonable. Easy visit since we stayed in the hotel. Service was okay at best from server. The employee who helped us pay was much better.

Always reliably good food. Mix of grills, steaks, good hotel snack menu the loaded brisket fries massive and soo tasty, good wine selection by glass and larger etc. Staff always friendly and attentive. So close to all the action in Belfast. Have been told should be back to full normal service by October, I hope so as I really miss thier resident entertainment
