Tables were dirty and had lots of old cups still on the table. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but only having 3 people needs to be changed! There was one on tills and 3 making drinks. They need at least a 4th to keep the floor clean.

Considering this is newly opened, it’s an absolute dive. Tables absolutely stinking, we actually got the cleaning spray ourselves to clean the table it was that bad. Staff could care less about the place. Ordered a latte and it was shocking, literally tasted like dish water. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Clean with plenty of space to sit. I bought a coffee here yesterday and the lady who served me was not very friendly and it really put me off. I will be sticking to the Starbucks on Gt Victoria Street much better customer service.

First visit to the new Starbucks. Not really impressed. It was very loud and the sound echoed all around the very high roof. The big glass windows are lovely but it feels very squashed in inside. Service was OK but tables were not being cleared and there want much of excitement food wise. Nothing terribly wrong but nothing great either

Cheese bacon chicken toastie was good. Beautiful new place. Staff were a bit dreary though

Gorgeous interior with big floor to ceiling windows. Probably the prettiest Starbucks I've been in, in a long time!Drinks are good but not overly warm.Parking: On main shopping area so no real parking. Have to park in/around Castle Court.Wheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair accessibility with automatic doors and very gradual rampDietary restrictions: Dairy free options available

Popped in for a coffee after work on Friday at around 5.45pm. Service was fine and coffee was good. Main issue was that staff started closing duties not long after 6pm despite the shop being open until 7pm. I understand that the staff need to start cleaning and putting things away to make sure they get away in reasonable time, and there's nothing wrong with bringing in the outside furniture and doing a bit of mopping, however the staff were stacking chairs on top of tables around customers who were still sitting having their drinks. Didn't make for a great atmosphere and don't think it sends a great message when people were still able to come in for another hour...

Honestly the guys in here make an amazing cold brew and have the perfect ratios. I will return to this Starbucks when I'm in Belfast for my coffee and the atmosphere isn't as noisy as some of the other coffee shops. The staff are very friendly as well absolute gem in belfastDietary restrictions: They actually do a gf sandwich and other gf food items
