Visited 22/02 /24 at 10 am . Food order - came in 5 mins . Coffee ordered took 15 mins . Appalling service clueless . Joined by a friend 10 mins later food ordered took 7 mins and coffee 20 mins later - ridiculous !

This Starbucks had quick service. I ordered a latte and a croissant. They warmed the croissant for me and I enjoyed it. The latte came out hot. The staff was friendly and the cafe was clean.

Very little atmosphere when we popped in for a coffee.Coffee just about warm and served in paper cups even though 'real' cups were available.Service quick as it was very quiet

Nice pitstop before you get into the bustle of the city centre
Asked for a dirty chai. Got back to the office and realised they just made a regular chai even though I paid £1.30 extra
