I got out here this morning my sub was hard as a rock with no lettuce or cheese litt cut inside my mouth which is still really sore also ordered a salad with lettuce and chees specifically no spinach and I got no lettuce and spinach instead never again worse subway ever absolutely stinking

Ordered a 6" bacon breakfast sub and a bottle of tropicana. Price seemed higher than usual and when I later checked my receipt I was charged for a 6" T.L.C Sub and a bottled carbonated drink. I think I'll avoid this subway store in future.

Just back from subway after getting my lunch had the absolute WORST experience, this has actually happened twice to me now, thought the last time maybe this worker was having a bad day but I’ve just had an even worse experience this time. I hope this worker isn’t a manager because she was horrible and rude and ruined my day. She was impatient, made it seem like everything I asked for was hassle when I was asking for literally the bare minimum, she was cheeky, rolling her eyes and put her finger up to me multiple times to stop me from talking. I actually can’t believe someone this rude is working in customer services she should be spoken to immediately about her behaviour as multiple people from my work who have went to subway have had the same experience with her. She also was rude to her co workers. Would hate to have to ever speak to this woman again, she definitely is putting multiple people off going here. The two guys behind the till were lovely and it felt like they were trying to make up for how rude she was. This woman had long black hair and was the only girl working at the time at 13.05pm on November the 19th. Just writing this so that hopefully someone says something to her.

Great team working when we visited! Couldn't have been more helpful and great food as alwaysVegetarian options: This has some great veggie options and they are all labelled well so you can't go wrongKid-friendliness: Subway is such an easy place to take kids they love the kids packs tooWheelchair accessibility: All the floors are flat. The door is pretty heavy though so be careful opening it. Tables are all at a good height for chair users tooDietary restrictions: Subway has everything labelled so you can't go wrong. They had two allergy charts on display which is very helpful

2 girls on were friendly and quick. There was a lady Infront of me who kept arguing with them about the prices saying "from £3.98." the girls at the till kept explaining to her that for each additional add on it costs more. She was unhappy with even getting a refund and clearly wanted nothing more than a feel of power over two workers, like many, who didn't need it. Hope that they are reminded they done a good job for putting up with absolute nonsense.

Place was clean and staff very pleasant and friendly. Portions compared to other subways pretty small and didn't carry all the ingredients that others do.
Good food.but staff's are rude and I thought it was us feeling like that but looking at the previous comments most of the others felt the same.They don't need to be welcoming but atleast try not be rude and showing faces

Terrible service, felt as if we weren't welcome, visited at 5.45pm Sunday 21st November, no bread, just wraps, fair enough at that time Sunday, cudnt get coffee as machine had been cleaned, were told we cudnt sit in as shop to eat or food as was closing in 10mins, had to eat food in the street in the cold, 2 girls were not very accommodating, just rude and as if they cudnt get rid of us quick enough, I'm sorry we didn't just walk out and go elsewhere, will never be back

Absolutely awful. The lettuce looked like it was 3 weeks old and was brown and watery. When I asked if they had any fresh I was told it was. The sandwich itself was completely substandard. Hardly any fillings available. Not subways usual standard. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Avoid
