It's a subway, nothing

Never been to another subway like it. I tend to go here some Thursdays for lunch while heading to the chemist and everytime without fail the service is shocking. Staff are unbelievably slow with no care that the customers are actually standing there waiting on them to hurry up. I’ve tried so many other subways and been getting them for years and never seen a place like this one. By reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one that’s had this experience. These staff give subway a bad reputation- too busy talking to each other about how they hate working takes 10 minutes to get a simple ham and cheese toasted… and that’s with no queue. What if customers have a taxi waiting? This isn’t just a one off it is every. Single. Time.

Absolutely terrible. Haven’t been to subway for ages and always been a good experience. However this visit was awful. Ordered the breakwich too then be told no egg, they threw the food in the roll with no care and attention was then asked if i wanted sauce. The sandwich then became a disgusting soggy mess by the sheer amount of sauce that was put in. The other sandwich was missing cheese and tomato so hardly complicated. The customer service was shocking. We will never eat here again. It really was beyond terrible

I just visited your subway and ordered a chicken tikka wrap, when asked what salad I would like I said everything but olives to then be told no you can't get everything in it. It's 5 items since when? I've went to numerous subways and never ever been told this. It was embarrassing as other customers laughed when he said this. Didn't want stand there and correct him and argue over some salad. I worked in subway for 5 years when I was younger and never in my life would my staff have told customers no you can't have it. Older gentle man needs to learn some customer service skills. Ridiculous!!!

Spent 2.79 for like 15 crinkle wedges ate 3 they put large on my receipt? Told us that he cooked them freshly and they were soggy as rudely said he cooked these and knows how much he put in our food ??

Bad service and there is very few chips charged £2.79, the worker said he freshly cooked the wedges and also rudely. I am no coming back !!!!!!!!

I ordered subway 6inch they gave other bagets and it was old, not fresh and even wasnt good at all, it was another tíme what ordered from them and very dissapointed again,

Had to give them 1star, so that I could make a comment, robbed, order completely wrong, short by at least 2 an a half of our orders to the total of nearly £25, i sent them an email with attachments of the bill and picture of what was delivered, stay well clear of this scam.

To busy chatting to each other and not serving there costumers, saying how depressed they are to work there, no respect for the customers left standing there over 10 minutes. Not good subway

My experience today when ordering and paying for my food was a total disgrace ! Both orders which amounted to over £16 but to be told after the sub rolls wer made up and was told no red onion (which is why we buy the subways as wouldn't buy without red onion ) but had them made up told no red onion even though they wer sitting in the back and the reason I was told ther isn had my sandwiches made up spent over £16 on them to be told at end when asked for red onion on both that ther is none even though ther was clearly loads in the back and was told no time to cut them eve though 4 wer workng tho 1 was having his lunch yea undersrndble but the server said no time to cut them even though no que and 4 working? Unacceptable! Both sandwiches wer not eaten as red onion is 1 main reasons we buy the certain sandwiches so they wer thrown in bin as wer not enjoyed .I would look over it if was busy ther was 1 lady beside me not anyone else in sight but 4 working but was told at end when Both sandwiches wer made up when I asked plenty red onion on Both but was told no time to cut any even though ther wer 4 workers in a non busy subway and they ended up in the bin totally unacceptable I wish I had of asked for manager to ask him/her if they agreed wth the 1 that served me. The back of the shop was full of veg which was why I carried on wth my order.can I just ask the manager if this is actuely acceptable? And for a server to say no is none thn say no time to cut any when placd was empty ? Customer service was total disgrace I cudn bekeve I actely took my sandwiches home for them to be thrown in bin as they wer tasteless but to think it was not busy and 4 wer working but tellng the customer sorry no time to cut onions is really laughable definitely not good for buisness wouldn't be back fir staff wer far from helpful esp.when ther was nobdy waitng to order .is this the way it should be ? Would be intrested on feedback from nanger in charge at oarkcenter subway as it was just before 2pm today

Called today 25th of may and there was 3 staff members. One older fellow making sandwiches and one younger fellow making sandwiches. Both were pig ignorant, particularly the older guy.To say the customer service was non existent is no exaggeration. They were snappy with 2 teenagers ordering food, then they were short with me. There was not a pleasantry or please or thank you from them, even though I continued to say please throughout the ordering process.Whilst I was there a delivery driver came to collect an order. And the way the older staff member spoke to him was an absolute disgrace. Not to mention the fact neither of the males changed their gloves to make a vegetarian sandwich and the place was filthy.The young lady on the till was lovely though, but I think she may have been new, as the way the sandwich guy spoke to her was also rude.I can see I’m not the only one who’s experienced this here. I won’t be back near this place.

Accompanied a friend who is partially sighted and deaf. Although this is the case, they quite visibly wear a hearing aid and carry a stick. The older person behind the counter was very unhelpful, ignoring my friend, his customer, and not making himself visible or heard and asking me what the order was even though he was repeatedly told it was not my order. His female co-worker then did the same, even though they were both aware this was the case . The younger server on the till was very helpful however, the sandwich served was terrible. Subway need to take a look at the disability and discrimination act, and refresh their employee customer service skills.

Walked round to subway from the hospital to order a sub for a sick child who hadn’t ate anything in 2 days. They had asked for a sub & an extra tub of gerkins. Order sub & asked for tub of gerkins to be told we can’t do that as they are all accounted for, I said I’m not asking for them for free to be told no we can’t do that! On numerous other occasions this has never been an issue. Then asked if I could have a cookie heated up to be told no we can’t do that either!The man working in the place has such a bad attitude! I’ll not be back near the place, you need to consider getting better mannered staff that actually enjoy working with the public

Very very disappointed with my service at Park Centre, Belfast today.Asked for 2x6" turkey stack. Male staff member instructed the female staff to only put 1.5 hash browns in stead of the 3 each I was paying for, meanwhile he was making one for hhimself and piling it with meat .I asked for both toasted, didn't happed, I asked for sSalt on one was put on both.Will not be back very poor service.
