Normal subway, nothing particularly different from any other. Staff nice. Plenty of seating in the food court.

Rude service. The guy who served me took 5 minutes before he could even bother to say hello. I asked could I have hash browns added in and he give out a big sign. I waited for my receipt and he snapped ‘THATS IT’ and rolled his eyes when I asked for it. So rude, put off this place. Find staff who’ll be somewhat polite. Next time I think I’ll go down to the subway on cregagh road or bAllyhackmore, thanks...

Won't be back to this subway, the girl that served me was very rude. I asked if there was any fizzy drinks non diet and she let out a sigh and said water. She slammed my food down in front of me. The food was lovely, pity about the customer service.

Poor service, attitude as wilted as the lettuce. Food is not any better than what you could make for yourself, shamedly the price would suggest otherwise. Quantity and quality of the food definitely does not have you salivating like their adverts. I would like to say that it is healthy but that depends on what you risk. 😷😷😷
Staff can be rude. Not the fastest either. Had better subways. Would rather go to the one just up the road in Ballyhackamore.

Went In for a subway salad. I usually get a salad as this is handy for me being on the road all day. I have eaten in many subway throughout N.I and this was the 1st time that I had to ask for more lettuce etc, as the bowl looked quite pitiful. When I asked for cheese it was barely a light sprinkle (and I'm being generous when I say that), the veg was borderline on the expiration. Disappointed with this one. And for now it's put me off.
