Shop wasn’t clean. At food counter food bits of some compartments fallen into others. Generally messy, bits of food dropped/spilt around containers. Glass not clean. Staff were cold and unfriendly. I wasn’t sure what breads to choose, no help or explanation despite me asking about various ones and being clearly clueless. I felt as if I was wasting their time. No other customers in the place - at midday - and I found them very unhelpful. Mainly chatting amongst themselves. Won’t be going back.

Needs more staff during peak periods to clean and serve. Floor and tables were filthy and the tables and seating got cleaned for us but the floor was eugh. Some breads not available but other than that, food was good. Dispenser drinks 40p cheaper than the bottles - no idea why they offer both but 40p cheaper suited rightly. Place full of teens acting the lig but not rude or anything. The guy serving was friendly, patient and helpful

2 staff 1 serving, guy at counter, surly, no hello, yes please or thank you. Made my tea, we waited 5 minutes for it. Guy doing Just Eat orders noticed it, stuck a lid on, handed it over, did'nt wash hands. Food cold, tea too, and staff. Disgusting.

Went to subway today 19/3/22 party of 4, ordered 2 salad bowls and 2 subs, told assistant we were sitting in. Got to till to pay got told they had no cultery, when I asked how I was going to eat my salad bowl I was told to go into greggs and get their cultery.........Really. I don't think this is great advertising for subway, if going just make sure you bring your own cultery.
The best Subway i've been too, without question. The subs are well put together and when ordering through Deliveroo each sub comes in a box.

I ordered tuna in a large Italian bread and she told me I don't have enough tuna for a large one, I'll just give you a small one I looked at and said it was enough, so I served one and a half and there was still tuna left over, so I told her when it would be available she said in an hour And that day was 10:45 in the morning, when the store management could check the camera and whether the tuna was not available in the morning. This is unbelievable talk.

Normally the best subway ever, staff are so friendly and make everything so carefully; but just received this from the new girl. She threw it together and didn't cut it in half. It completely fell to pieces when I picked it up. Was basically eating salad off a sheet of paper with my fingers. Didn't receive a single napkin either.
