What sort of shop let's you stand there in a line till the line goes down then tells you there's no bread f**kin joke of a place... what sort of shop runs of out bread anyway.

Most of staff are very friendly although like most retailers the few who aren't can make it a negative experience
If I could score a quarter of a star I would....
I bought 2 subs and a tub of meatballs as it was quick and easy.
When I arrived home and put my baby in the highchair I realised that they put the 2 subs in the bags and the drinks but not the meatballs for whatever reason.
I walked back to subway, I explained that I walked the whole way home to come back as the meatballs I had purchased weren't in the bag.
With his excellent customer service skills he shrugged his shoulders and replied that someone must of put them in the bin because it wasn't there.
I paid for meatballs and my baby was literally sitting waiting on her food and demanded meatballs.
As he went to get a new portion of meatballs he told me there wasn't enough left for a full portion. I told him to give me whatever he had and asked if he could put cheese on top like the other one I had purchased.
The guy put the lid on and handed me the half portion- no cheese.
I had to ask him if he put the cheese on top to which he replied no.
How stupid!
The service alone in this store is appalling. I think the staff from this store should without a doubt go back to training and also have some customer service training as their job is a customer facing role. I'd be really really surprised if they had any.
I would not use this subway again as the staff ruined my first experience... I'd rather go to town than use the local!

I felt disgruntled because the two staff members that have just done there eleven pus last week clearly can't run a subway. It's making sandwiches like. My subway was cold. My coffee was disgusting as the milk was off. Took 15 mins for 2 sandwiches. Clearly they where not with it. Didn't want to be there. Plus there was no brown bread
