Just got subway here..well it doesnt cost anything for manners. .very rude. . Have half an hr for my lunch didnt get wot i wanted.because she couldnt be annoyed doing it.same thing i get week after week with no queries ask...but not this...

Phoned the store to ask if they could advise me on a delivery I had not recieved from just eat ? The girl on the phone told me nothing we can do back and forward to someone in the back and I asked could I have the managers name and email as the customer approach alone was dire ! I was just asking for help and understood I’d ordered in just eat ! I was spoken to by a girl who barely spoke English do at am a loss to why she is picking up the phone to customers . Going by the person in the back ground their level of customer service was below zero .I was just asking for advice .I have cancelled the bank payment and don’t use the store again

Kennedy centre is one of the nicest subways, BUT that depends on what staff are on!! On staff member in particular is always nothing but rude.

I go to subway regularly but your store today was just unbelievable I brought a young lad and he ordered a 6 inch sub with ham and pepperoni with a juice no salad no sauce no crisps no cookie 4 pounds 88 pence disgraceful

Personally I like subway, its quick and filling. Just hit and miss depending on the staff but the store I go to always fill the subs right up and are helpful.
