Its Subway, of course the food is good, but I'm sorry, I feel very passionate about this: you cannot advertise that you are open until 12:30am and then refuse me service (for a takeaway order) when I come at 12:20 (when the door was open). If you want to close at 12:15, that's perfectly fine. I have no problem with that. But I do have a problem with dishonesty/false advertising. If you close at 12:15am, advertise appropriately. Unacceptable.

Subway is no doubt the best sandwich place i have ever been to. Its always my go to when im out and about and the quality is always perfect no matter which one i go to. Recently they have added some brilliant menu ideas such as the pre-chosen subs. My personal favourite is the big bombay but i also love the baller too. Also i tried one of their new sub melts and they were also amazing! This place really does live up to its motto "eat fresh." And ill say it again this is hands down the best place ive ever been. Ive been going here since i was born. Cant wait to see what yummy surprises they have in store for me next!

I am absolutely shocked to see the way my sub was made today, I had ordered the new sub melts and once I had received it it was an absolute joke, wasn’t toasted what’s so ever as it is meant to be, there was a long black hair in my sandwich as soon as I opened it up, absolutely disgusted as subway was a place I had enjoyed going, not anymore after seeing that

Friendly staff and a good spot for a quick breakfast/lunch.
Pre covid I loved subway for a breakfast wrap or sandwich.Since COVID very few are open before 9am,pre covid it was 7amRarely do they have all the ingredients needed,either no wraps,or no sausage or no egg,it's getting ridiculousStaff are always friendly and try their best

Staff didnt have a clue. Sadly they seemed to be on a different planet. I felt like i walked into kfc and asked for a big mac. I asked for nacho chicken as advertised on the board and the young chap behind the counter looked confused.What would you like on your baguette sir ? This is before the salad my i add. Then all 3 staff members decided that the just eat driver was more important than myself and my partner. We where on a date lunch which was being ruined by this by bad customer experience. Is it too much too ask for 2 mins of there time to place a order for food ? Is it really this difficult to order food ? Friendly staff mind you but didnt have a clue about there products or how to offer a great customer experience. Lets get this bunch trained and we are onto a winner. Btw the nacho chicken was bland and tastless. Just like customer experience that i received.

Sat in for my food - desute it feeling chilly inside the manager insisted both doors must be kept open. The manager didnt change their gloves after cleaning before making my snadwich. But the most off putting aspect of the visit was being forced to listen to the manager and staff member loudly discuss in huge detail their feelings on their other colleagues and thier plan to have them sacked. This felt unprofessional as if the customers are sitting in the staff lunch room.

Called to subway Botanic, with my young son yesterday. I asked for a 6 inch chicken tikka sub & a kids meal. My 6inch sub was dreadful, there was very little chicken, very little cheese & salad, just not how I usually get it in any other store! Costs over £4.25 alone and had to go to greggs after for something to eat!! The kids meal was served to us in a paper bag with none of the other items that where supposed to be included (cookie&toy) and should these not come in a kids meal box??? I had to go up after my son had eaten and ask for the cookie. Needless to say to foreign guy that served us shouldn’t have a job working with the public, so durr & NO customer service skills at all. Practically threw my receipt at me when I asked for it!! Will not be back & will be warning people of this store.
