Bouncers are friendly but one bar staff member, was absolutely ignorant, he thinks he owns the place. I spoke to the bouncer about it and he was very understanding. Unfortunately I’ll never be back.

The only thing good about the place was the music. We got two drinks and we’re overcharged only realised when we left. Seems to be a common thing for them though. Very hard to get a bartenders attention. Serving a bunch of 16 year olds without a care in the world I know this cause I asked one of the young drunk girls how old they were. Disgraceful in my opinion. Shouldn’t be open.

Went there for some drinks on a night when it was mostly empty during my short trip to Belfast. The staff was super nice and even with the pub being almost completely empty I had a good time.

The live singer was amazing and the drinks weren't too expensive. I get you're called filthy mcnastys but that's exactly what your washrooms are. Half the cubicles don't lock and the other half were overflowing with vomit and toilet roll. The young man that served us quite clearly didn't want to be there either.

Amanda shouldn't be a manager. Bars people for no reason. Let's her friends in and drinks while on shift. One rule for customers and different rules for her friends. Doesn't give an explanation why your barred. You speak your mind and you get barred from this

Called in for a drink with my husband. Great band. Lead singer Luke o Loan. Ordered a drink. The lady who served me held the card machine for me to tap my card with no eye contact, no engagement of any kind and actually turned her back and walked away as soon as the transaction was competed. I expected her to ask if I wanted a reciept or at least some kind of verbal interaction. Later my husband went to the bar to order a drink. He waited for the staff who appeared to be deliberately ignoring customers at the bar to serve him, as a man standing beside him asked if it was a completion to get the attention of at least 3 bar staff who were not busy but just standing about. I suggest a refresher course in how to deal with customers in a courteous manner or at least display a basic level of politeness. I wonder how the staff deal with difficult customers if this is how they deal with polite customers. I guess they probably ignore them too as it seemed too much like hard work to do their job.

Amazing vibes music was amazing both DJ and live however ordered a vodka cranberry and an orchard thrives, the glass was almost roasting and the orchard thieves tasted sour. Doesn’t take away from the overall experience but the drinks weren’t nice at all.
