Had two fantastic drinks - a negroni and a boulevardier (which wasn’t even on the menu).Friendly and attentive staff. One of the team my have been in training so was a bit slower to come by but nothing to be concerned with.Lovely decor - moody and plush - Jazz bar meets gentleman’s club.More of a skyline bar than roof top - it’s not a terrace, you aren’t outside, and you’re looking at rather than onto most buildings.I will definitely be visiting again.

We stayed 1 night B&B. Staff were so lovely when we arrived. We had requested a quiet bedroom, and got exactly that, plus an upgrade. Our room was in the second floor, it was huge, plus with a view of city hall. We were also given two passes for complimentary drinks in the rooftop bar. We loved our room, and the bed was so comfy!! We both had the best nights sleep. Breakfast was busy, and we unfortunately ended up at a table right beside the path to and from the toaster/coffee etc, so we felt we rushed our breakfast. That was just a bit of bad luck though and I’m sure if we had been really bothered the staff would have been happy to move us, because again the staff were lovely. The only reason I’ve not given 5 stars were the breakfast themselves. There was no fruit, or yogurt at the buffet area, just cereal and toast. The cooked breakfast was nice enough but it did feel a bit small. I would 100% stay again, but I think we’d stay room only and walk to a cafe for breakfast instead. But overall a lovely night away.

Nice clean room and very central. Looks very dirty from outside. The bus tour is a must and very informative if you get a good driver . And plenty to do and see . Lots of shopping within walking distance.

Stayed for 4 nights DBB one of the best hotels I have stayed in, from the minute the porter took my luggage in until we left the staff were courteous and helpful, fresh crisp bedding and towels, and with meals cooked and served to a high standard . As Arnie said "I will be back"

Fabulous hotel situated in the heart of the city with everything you need within walking distance. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Myself and friend stayed in room 230 which was a twin room which appeared to be slightly larger than the double room we saw. Bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower. Fridge, kettle, hairdryer and toiletries provided. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We did however go to the loft bar for our free glass of processco which was a lovely gesture from the hotel. My advice is pack your case and go and enjoy what this hotel and Belfast has to offer. You won’t be disappointed. I’d have no hesitation in returning

Arrived and checked in dropped bag in lovely room, came in at 22.30 to the roaring of fans from outside, looked out the balcony and saw all the fans and ducting below and that’s were the unbearable noise was coming from, I went to reception the girl said they should be off as the kitchens were off, there was no difference had a terrible sleep, was asked next morning how the stay was the reception girl wasn’t bothered just said sorry, avoid room 520 horrendous noise all night and all day.

This is an excellent hotel in the centre of Belfast. A well presented hotel, clean with good facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. £10 taxi transfer from city airport

Well-situated hotel by City Hall in Belfast. Great views. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am disabled and they were very kind to me and my husband. They assisted us in finding local things we could do that were not too far. The front desk was very friendly and had a lot of information available. The restaurant was good and the staff there also went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Ten Square. The room was quite large and very comfortable and the location was perfect for seeing the sights of Belfast! Breakfast was also quite good and the parking option was very convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Dublin

Such a lovely hotel! Came here to stay overnight as I went to a local concert at belsonic. Chloe the receptionist was so accommodating and very nice, checked us in early and we went then to the hotel restaurant and the food and cocktails were absolutely gorgeous! The room was so comfy from the bed to the little perks such as the Netflix on the TV. Location is perfect 5min walk from the train / bus station and the city centre! Such a great hotel, thank you so much, had an absolute ball and I will definitely be back ????

Breakfast cooked to order. The room was very big and the bath was a good size. TV connects to tablet which was nice. AC was good. The room was quiet. They offered a free glass of bubbly both nights, but I do not drink that, still very nice. Restaurant, first night, the pasta was delicious and hot, steaming hot, and so was the prawn appetizer with plenty of garlic. The second night, Ceasor salad did not even taste remotely like ceasor (I think they forgot the anchovies stated on the menu), and the burger was not hot at all. So, the food was not consistent, which was a disappointment. Upstairs bar had nice views and the bartender was very nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was old world and comfy. You need to make a reservation for dinner. I tried to do so twice and was told I did not need one. I went to eat and was yelled at by one male and then lectured by another older male. Quite a put off and no way to treat a solo female at all. The reception was quick to address this.

Afternoon tea with a view!We went for afternoon tea to the Loft on Sunday and it was lovely. The staff were really attentive and friendly and couldn't do anymore to make the experience better! China crockery filled with fresh sandwiches, scones and a wide selection of desserts and chocolates with an offering of tea / coffee AND a cocktail/mocktail. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a lovely afternoon!
