Fastest and tastiest caramel latte I've ever had ? seemed to be just one gentleman working but he was friendly and so quick!

Sandwich chain offering breakfast and lunch. Also has a small bar attached, a particularly soulless example of a pub even for a train station.Food isn't great and prices are high.

A quick coffee stop to take on the train. Friendly and polite staff - nice coffee - all good for coffee.

Always great service, very nice coffee and friendly staff especially from niamh today as I came in and she advised card machine was broke and I didn't have cash( I can't function without coffee in morning ?) but niamh went above and beyond and advised cause I'm a regular to not worry about it and gave me my coffee and told me to pay for it when I'm next in. Always great service from her with a smile.

Had a small/medium flat white in a paper cup. It cost me £4.75.....the most expensive coffee that I have ever had. Won't be having coffee here again

Nice selection of pastries and baguettes. Crisps were a bit dear but excellent service. Courtney was a wee angel. I'll stop in again the next time I'm having a day out.

Quality of the food is fabulous, most of the staff are pleasant & competent - prices are steep, but unfortunately that is to be expected in a train station. There is one young girl in particular who is always smiling and helpful.I think the people giving 1 star got a very bad day or maybe are confusing the place with somewhere else!

Popped in to Upper Crust whilst waiting for my train and was really, really pleased with the food and service. Having the TV on with reruns of Frasier broke up the hustle and bustle of people moving about nearby which can't always be helped but I feel it made a difference. Tamlyn was super helpful and pleasant and Niamh made a great flat white which was just what I needed before my journey. Will definitely pop in again when I can.

Was provided excellent service by Tamlyn. Really friendly and nice place to get your coffee sorted before or after your train ride.

Handy for coffee on the go. Prices slightly higher than other places. Clean and tidy facilities with a good range of food and drinks to pick from. Pleasant and helpful staff working. Thank you Courtney.

Really good cafe! I’m in a couple of times a week since I have a bit of a wait between my train and bus to get to work and the staff are always so friendly- for example, I was served by Tamlyn today and she’s always really happy!
