Literally just got some Nice chicken noodle soup and a nice chicken and mushroom soup, girl on phone was nice and polite that's why I put an extra ?....1 problem tho!!...No veg in either except the mushrooms. It Should have cabbage or pak choi and other veg.Hard to find authenticity over here when it comes to Eastern Asian cuisine.Not saying it tastes bad(as the broth and noodles are good) but I am saying it needs to be more authentic.If anyone can put me in right direction to somewhere that does authentic Eastern Asian soups let me know ?.... without having to go there that is :)

Appalling service, wrong order again and rude staffAfter trying Wok This Way again due to new management our first meal was great, so ordered again unfortunately with mistakes in our order.Our meal was replaced without any issues.Today for new years day we ordered a delivery of a wet chow mein, duck spring rolls with hosin sauceOur food arrived, dry chow mein, duck spring rolls came with sweet chilli.I am absolutely disgusted at how they dealt with the complaint.No appologyGirl on the phone said she had told the owners it was a wet chow mein and asked did I want to bring it back, I asked for a replacement meal like the last time there was a mistake.I recieved a call back that the owner refused to replace our meal and that we would have to being the food back of we wanted a refund!I would not have paid for delivery if I was able to drive down and I am shocked at the refusal of a replacement or refundDisappointed that after new management took over they would lack decent customer service.If they did not do wet chow mein this should have been explained on the phone and I would have ordered something else.Now we have to reorder at another resturantI will not be ordering here again. Shocking attitude and service.

Well over a year ago I left an amazing review and I have been a regular customer ever since but as of now that review is now gone. It seems the standard has dropped a lot lately, and going off other reviews I’m not the only one thinking that. Got my usual this evening witch is the sweet and sour chicken but for the first time in my life I am leaving food on the plate. It has the strangest taste and I honestly can’t say what it is but I know it’s not right. I actually feel sick now and i am thinking I’m going to have to run to the toilet in a second, really sad to see this as I have been a great supporter of this place since they opened.
