Had a booking at 19:45 this evening on New Year’s Eve. Was seated when ordered was hit was one of our sides first when we hadn’t even received out starters.when the side arrived it arrived completely incorrectly with additional additions we opted out off. We still haven’t received our starters yet. The members of staff have now just came up to us to inform us half way through our dining experience they do not have the 2nd side we ordered and referred to order a more expensive item instead of our original side. Generally considered our New Year’s Eve dinner ruined. Wouldn’t recommend eating here on any special occasions as they cannot handle 5 tables eating in. Main courses still haven’t arrived after over an hour of waiting.* Avoid * - would leave 0 starts where possible but unable to on google reviews.Attention to the manager. If you would like to email me to the email that my booking is under feel free to rectify this problemUpdate: we’ve asked this same dude now 3 times for the bill/ check do you know we can leave. Still not received it after 20 minutes of askingUpdate, bill paid regrettably, Charlie checked out

Paid £16 for a primavera pizza. It was about average but for that price you'd expect something special. The sauce wasn't spread out to the sides of the pizza and the dough wasn't the best. Hot honey dip was very nice, however. Service was also quite slow and in our party of 8 half of the food came out 10 minutes before the rest of the food came.

Ordered takeaway, food took well over an hour and a half to arrive and when it did it was absolutely freezing. It had obviously been sitting out for almost the entire waiting time. Can't discourage ordering from here enough.

Service awful!! child was sitting with no food while everyone else's was brought to the table in drips, the meal portions was terrible for the money you pay. Will never be back !

We had planned to get a meal here for my birthday at the end of November. It was a Thursday so we didn't book as we thought it would be quiet, which it was. When someone finally came to speak to us and we asked for a table for three, we were advised that they can't take tables of more than two as they have no manager on the floor! The restaurant wasn't even half full. They were adamant there was nothing they could do, despite us querying this a couple of times and even suggesting they book us in as a table of two and a table of 1 and we'll just push the tables together lol. We decided we'd drive over to the one in the odyssey and asked if it was definitely open (as we hadn't been there in a long time). They confirmed it was so we asked them to kindly phone and book a table for us. They said no and that we'd have to book it ourselves! Terrible service. Won't be back.

Place has gone to shambles, attended last night with my wife, we waited 10 minutes to be spoken to at front of house on entry, on being shown to our seats we tried to use the quick order app, it didn’t work, advised by staff member it didn’t work all the time but yet she sent someone else to take our order 5 minutes later. I had to enquire after 30 minutes where our order was to be told our pizzas were in the oven and would be 6 minutes 10 minutes later we got our food, pizza bases are ultra thin, leaving edges super crispy, not much toppings on pizza considering the cost is £16+, a staff member who may have been the manager unsure if he was must have realised our dissatisfaction offered us another drink free of charge due to the length of time we waited. Only reason we attended was due to having a voucher that was due to expire, don’t think I will be returning, very poor service, food quality isn’t of a good standard for what you pay for it, place is understaffed for the floor, kitchen appeared to have too many people standing about doing nothing, complete let down.

Great service. Great food. The starter was cooked beautifully. The main course was also very well cooked. Very happy with the menu and can’t wait to try again. They have a points scheme for returning customers which I will be making full use of! There was a voucher for free garlic bread but I was too full to use. Be sure to check there website for any deals they have on.

Service was absolutely shocking. Can't believe how many people were turned away at 8.30 when closing time was 10 o'clock and there were empty tables set up ready to be used and loads of staff standing around talking. We left at 9.45 feeling like we had outstayed our welcome

Great and tasty food. They offer starters, mains and dessert. Each of the categories has a good range of options, including vegetarian. They serve pizzas, calzone, pasta, etc.You can also order beer, and other alcohol. The staff were nice, but the place was busy and they were understaffed. We called and made a reservation but on arrival they didn't have our details written down, however a table was available. The place gets quite busy on the weekends so I'd definitely recommend booking in advance.

One dish we ordered wasn't available and we weren't informed till after the rest of the table had received their food. The food itself was extremely bland.Overall, not at all like other zizzi restaurants.

Just had the most beautiful meal here with friends. Chorizo carbonara is a definite must as is the bolognese loaded fries.BEST most pleasant staff about by far.

We went for dinner last Friday evening and it was one of the worst experiences.Firstly, no one came to the table to take our order, so we thought to use the app. The app wouldn't work and, after one of us got up and asked, we didn't know it had to be activated through their device.Secondly, the starter came about 15min after we ordered. And, after a long 40min, the food came. We nearly left the restaurant. Also, the food was really overpriced for the quality of it. The chicken of the starters we ordered tasted like it was frozen. And finally, it was awful how costumers who arrived after us were served before, with dessert included. We weren't the only ones experiencing this.Utterly disappointing experience. We're not coming back at all.

We had a booking for 5.30 and when we got there we were left standing for ages before we were given a seat even though there appeared to be a lot of free seats. We got our starters at 6.05 and finished them in 5 mins. We didn't receive our mains until 7.15. We had to ask where our mains were as we had a concert to attend at 8 and there was no apology about the wait. It's just too long to wait considering we had booked for 5.30 and had finished our starters an hour before getting the mains. It's a real pity as the food was actually very nice but unfortunately I wouldn't go back due to the service and wait time.

Gluten free pizza is a pre ordered base, not made in house - very disappointing considering the price >£17, for that price you would expect a bit of effort to make the base in house. You are basically getting toppings and a pre cooked base. Poor effort, slow service.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free available
