“Having read the previous review regarding service on 7th September I felt compelled to review. What a load of tripe! Some people need to give their heads a wobble!! I was attending meetings on Friday in The Nook and this quite literally did not happen. We were at a table opposite the bar and the staff were courteous, attentive and friendly. All my colleagues passed comment on the Nook team and how they rarely see customer service to the standard given by the girls and guys here. The food was tasty, served efficiently and with a smile. Top class staff!”
