Awful toilets, they are honestly the worst ones I’ve ever been to, so unhygienic and water all over the floor. Nice smelling hand soap though

Just been to Asda and just after paying and still at the checkout I dropped my shopping bag, smashing a bottle of wine. The staff were so friendly and helpful in making the area safe for other shoppers and then replacing all of my shopping. A very good experience after an embarrassing mistake on my behalf. Thank you Asda staff.

Went to self checkout today to pay for 2 large boxes of dogwood (22 trays per box) 18 eggs, 2l milk and a loaf of bread. Had a problem scanning one of the dogfood boxes as bar code was crushed. Asked an Asda assistant for help, she reluctantly did get it scanned, and I then asked for plastic bags only to be told abruptly 'we don't have any'. I said 'it's just I don't think I can manage to carry all this loose to the car as it's quite heavy' she just replied 'like I said we don't have any bags'. I told her she was unhelpful, and she just said 'no I'm not. I'm not even supposed to be here, I work over there'. So Asda, your 'happy to help' motto maybe should be 'unhappy to help'. I won't be back. Nor will I will be recommending you to others.

I had bought oven baked bread and when I got home it was blue moulded but still had a long life line date on it.Rang and spoke to a lovely guy and told me to take a pic and return when I could for refund.When I did get back in the girl at customer service never apologised. Was too busy talking with her friends and checking her phone.Disappointed at the customer service I received.

Running this store on too few staff. Asked where adult hair accessories were. Directed to a small stand in clothes section that only had bobbles. Failed to mention more where hairsprays etc were - came across this stand much later in the shop and actually found what i was looking for. Also only 1 manned till open. Ridiculous length of queues in both self serve & manned till. Now been waiting for over 10 minutes

Stock was good, not too many empty spaces on the shelves and most of the staff were friendly. One manger "Angela" was disgusting how she spoke to my family when directing us to a till. She shouted and pointed to a till for us to go to. She seems very very aggressive and not fit for the job.
There’s never enough disability parking available and most cars occupying the designated disability spaces have no blue badges! Not enough cashiers on the tills and long and frustrating queues.

Today for a rare occasion, first time in years. I took my son & family to Asda cafe for lunch, as we were getting groceries.This was extremely disappointing. I would give the good 1/10The toasted sandwich was just white bread on the underside- they were all the same.(Prepackaged)Afterwards, speaking with the server, she informed me that this is the way they come. They used to have a toaster but it was taken away and so they have another machine (oven, microwave?♀️?♀️) to reheat them.So it was more like a soggy luke warm mess.The chips looked & tasted like they had been kept warm in an oven/ heater for hours and were also Luke warm. I was not impressed. Cheap yes, but I’d prefer better food.My suggestion:-Get these people a proper sandwich toaster & let them make them on site or buy in ones that least are toasted on both sides.

I went in today with 3 of my friends to the colraine branch of Asda and while my friend was at the till trying to buy tobacco he was not served it because the lady at the till said he would need to bring all of us over and give are ids while all of us either have beards are 10ft tall or are quite obviously over 18 so because a few of us didn’t bring are I’d because we where just done the gym my friend would not be given his tobacco I don’t think this is the biggest thing in the world I just think it’s rlly petty and are doing it just to be petty and this has happened a few times will now be a tesco local

Why have I been wasting time and money going to Tesco for so long? Talk about feeling robbed?Far better selections, far better prices and the use by dates well talk about an eye opener-ur lucky to get 2 days with any tesco product but in here some 8 days plus. Then the kids clothes section well if it was a boxing match TESCO YOUR OUT!!!!!
