Passing threw last night me and my son was late on but nothing was a bother! my son got a burger and chips and I got a fish supper portion size was great for the price and the four girls working where really under pressure but the atmosphere between the 4 of them was great they give us all a good laugh ? will definitely call in again when passing threw

It has been said before, but the majority of the staff have less personality than a wet paper bag, no manners no people skills, and the food is overpriced for the quality, it used to be a good chippy but that has long since gone I won’t be back

We regularly eat here and customer services is always 10/10 the staff are always polite. I don't know how people say the chips are disgusting because I always think that BGs chips are the nicest so it is down to personal preference as there is nothing WRONG with the chips at all so to rate something down just because you personally don't like the taste is stupid.The fish is always cooked well. Never a bad experience and been eating here the past 2 years.

Just had the must disgusting chips ever ? Normally this place is OK but today the chips were soft, mushy and tasted funky. lettuce in my burger was soaking wet and left the bap wet we put in the bin and went for pizza shack ? instead, and I have said it before but this time we will not be back

The customer service was terrible the lady taking my order seemed as if I was a nuisance when I asked about the menu and acted like she had better things to do than help a customer. I gave this the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days. I would have let this slide if not for the fact once my food was ready and I could see it in the warmer it was another five minutes before staff actually bagged my food and gave it to me. I saw my burger come off the stove and thought it must be for someone else but no five minutes later they came and handed me the food that had just been sitting there while I was standing in the lobby. All of this only to get home to eat it and find the food was extremely sub par. I would not recommended snyone waste their money here service was dissapointibg and food underwhelming.
