Was served by the most horrible member of staff, young lady in twenties I’d say, black hair and tattoos.From the first point of contact her attitude was absolutely horrendous, will not be back it was that bad and a quick scan of recent reviews proves it wasn’t a one off. This member of staff shouldn’t be behind the counter. Simple as that. Just the most awful attitude, give the job to someone who wants it and is good with people.

Diabolical customer service. I doubt I'll be back in this neros which I used to frequent occasionally. The 2 female members of staff obviously don't have any customer service training other than in being facetious and down right rude. If I hadn't needed my daily neros fix I'd have told her to keep the drinks and walked out!

When I go for a coffee and something to eat, it would be nice to remove my coat rather than keep it on to stay warm. Air con was on, everyone kept their coats on. At the cost of the food and coffee I would expect some comfort whilst dining in. Tables cleared but not cleaned.

Filthy tables. Dilapidated decor. They pretend that the water tap is broken so that they can only give you coffee in paper take away cups, so that they don’t need to do washing up. Classic case of a chain coffee shop poorly managed. Pathetic effort.
