Was here on Sunday after coming from the jet centre and food especially the chips were lovely. Nice to be able to sit inside a chippy to eat with toilets available especially with the kids. The sit in area is lovely

Food was just average, not the best nor the worst I've had, the onion rion ring was not very crispy just soaked in oil.Atmosphere very quiet but could because was only about 15.00 in the afternoon and not main trade time for this fish and chips shop.Service was below par the girl never looked happy from start to finish don't really think this is the job for her! And certainly wont win any awards for pleasantry.

Where do we even begin?!….Firstly my girlfriend and I rang this establishment and it continued to ring with no answer?Secondly when we were greeted by the lady at the counter, as we were looking at the menu, she might as well of pressured us to tell her what we wanted (likely because she wanted back to cleaning to go home)Thirdly when we got our food, there was no dipsAnd finally when I went back to get our dips, I was IGNORED for a good 5 minutes before anyone came to me. The 2 ladies working looked at me, then continued to clean…. Felt like a hindrance to be perfectly honest.Food was nice but couldn’t rate the service at all

I have been gluten-free for a long time and the gluten-free food is really good and one of the only places that does it well.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free available and other things you can ask.Parking: The parking is decent but it may be hard to drive into the parking lot because the traffic queue for McDonald's makes it slightly more difficult to get to the shared parking for Chequers and Hullabaloos.

Got home to find my order was wrong. Drove back and whilst they replaced it, at no point did anyone apologise. A simple "sorry" would have been appreciated, its basic customer service and good manners!
