“I love Mona Lisa Coleraine the owner, staff and delivery drivers are all very helpful, friendly and courteous and the food is always excellent.
I ordered a delivery but it arrived a bit earlier than I requested which didn't suit as I was waiting on my daughter coming home from work, this was not a problem at all the delivery driver apologised and took the order away bringing back a fresh one with a free bag of chips at the time requested. The owner also rang me to apologise. The level of customer service from here needs to be recognised and a few more places around town could learn a lesson from Mona Lisa. I highly recommend trying here if you haven't already. I'm a very satisfied customer and would've given more stars if I could. Well done Mona Lisa ☺️??”

“Genuine authentic Italian restaurant, great staff, open kitchen with calm and happy chef’s, outstanding carbonara, fast service, busy but very steady. Such a hidden gem, passing by from our travels from Belfast. Will 100% be back as it was such a great experience. Would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys real Italian food.”
