Portstewart cafe - excellent quality of good but marred by the lack of plate and cutlery ! It was provided in a cardboard box with wooden knife and fork (not really adequate to the job of cutting up toast - and I had to deconstruct the box to get at it). Only when leaving did I see people eating from real plates and with metal cutlery! What on Earth had we done to deserve that service? Understandable if it was a takeaway - but it wasn’t. Great service. They have dairy alternatives. A selection of coffee is available. Extra seating outside or upstairs. Some coffee shops make me feel claustrophobic. This is not one of them. It is a bright shop and I always feel refreshed.Dietary restrictions: Dairy alternatives available.
Lovely wee spot for brekkie had peanut butter and jam on sourdough ( all really good quality) and a lovely oat milk hot chocco!!! Great spot -sat at the window!! Lovely interiors shop opposite too!!
