Order was late, every time we called we got told “5-10 minutes and the driver will leave” items from our order is missing and I was refused to speak to a manager twice after I requested it to make a complaint formally.

Reheated chips that were rubbery and reheated southern fried chicken that had no taste of southern fried anything!! Rang manager and told him and he said it wasn't possible. Told him I wanted a refund as the food was absolutely disgusting and I felt sick after trying it. He refused and hung up after I told him I would let people know exactly what the food was like!! VILE!!!

Just be very careful with this place myself & my fiance has ended up with food posion and we are still going to recover from it , also their very ignorant people had to ring then cause they got my order wrong and then blamed me for their mistake ... then arriving to my house with cold food...that you couldn't even eat ... this isn't the first time it's happened and I'm very upset about this ... ? speaking to me like rubbish very horrible people... not happy definitely wouldn't recommend ... ignorant and need to sort their attitude out ... before dealing with customers...

Very good dough. Different pizza taste from all I tried locally. Looks like the tomato base on pizza is with sundried tomatoes ? Tasty food. Kebab is really big and I don't know is there any option to size choice but mine was huge and I couldn't eat it at once. Prices are pretty high but the quality of the ingredients, in my opinion, is very good. Ordered food for delivery at 7.45pm. Arrived at 6pm! I called to tell them and they refused to deliver it at the correct time as I’d already taken the early one (which i didn’t / couldn’t eat at that time). I called again and they refused as they said it’s bad for their business to send out more food!! Portions are very small and it’s overpriced. REALLY Rude staff - they hung up on me twice. Delivery driver didn’t even follow the instructions. Even if i was starving to death, i would NEVER order from this company ever again. Waste of time and money. Worst experience ever.
