We have stayed at Premier Inn Coleraine numerous times before & this is the only time we were disappointed. It is clear to see staff have given up as hotel is closing within next few weeks. From previous experience we would have expected staff to carry in as before until last guests leave but not the staff we encountered unfortunately. Because of the uncertainty it could be the staff we previously dealt with have already moved on. Paul at reception was friendly, we were not asked about booking dinner breakfast meal deals ......... Bits of dinner overcooked bar closed 10pm on a Saturday night & on a whole staff just not friendly. Looking forward to a better experience with new owners!

Lovely stay comfortable room great bed. Restaurant service bit slow but staff friendly and good food. I would recommend for a nice break or business trip I have visited many times. Always found my visits very enjoyable.

Everything was as expected, stress free, comfortable stage with the comforts of home. We had the cooked breakfast in the morning which was excellent and the hotel & restaurant staff could not have been nicer,

Great well trained helpful staff. Excellent room, spotless clean, both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. Location another plus as bus stop close by for Town Cenre. Unbeatable value for money. Can’t fault this Hotel in any way from check in to check out. Thank you to all staff and well done.

Room was lovely as with most premier inns. Just on my stop there was a delay on being able to check in.

We stay here every visit to see family, the premier Inn staff seems to change regularly and I always have issue with my air conditioning but it is located conveniently and is always clean and has a lovely restaurant next door with staff who have been there a long time with good food, have heard they are closing soon hoping it will open still as hotel

Had weekday lunch at restaurant which was pleasantly laid out, the food good, though several items were off the menu.

Never been before but can't wait to go back! Had a brilliant time. Our server (Rebecca Fitzgerald) made us cocktails and drinks before our fabulous very reasonably priced food. She was very helpful with full knowledge of menu. Rebecca made us feel like regulars and with service and welcome like that we will definitely be back!

After staying here 3 times previously and having an excellent stay would not return again after this stay! Arrived at the hotel after booking the flex rate due to having leisure vouchers to spend for the receptionist to tell me they where "told to stop accepting them months ago" and she couldn't take payment for the room anyway as it wasn't 3pm. I just said OK and went shopping but wasn't impressed with her attitude so came back around 4/5pm and a different receptionist was on. this receptionist didn't have a clue what leisure vouchers where but agreed that they don't accept them even though it says on premier inn and leisure voucher website that they do! I paid for my room due to the fact that this receptionist was the only person in the hotel and could not contact anyone else (apparently phoned her manager but never got phoned back) and was only new and obviously had not been trained on how to deal with any queries! This was a saturday and she told me i could come back and speak to her manager on....TUESDAY ?! Customer service seriously lacking and I have stayed in many a premier inn where customer service always seems to be amazing bit definitely not this one! All I kept thinking was simagine I had of came to this hotel and had no ither means to pay the staff could not care less to be honest! It cam to 10.30pm and I went to get a drink of coke, the vending machine was out of order and the restaurant was closed (supposed to be open to 11pm) I asked the receptionist why it was closed to be told that I should see it from their point of view it would cost money to keep it open if there was no customers and was only 30 mins before closing time. Just a serious lack of customer service skills all round should definitely be able to get a drink during the opening hours of the restaurant attached to the hotel, obviously a broken vending machine can be a one off! I was also told by the receptionist that the hotel is closing down in February so can only assume that this is the reason for the utter difference in service during this stay as during previous stays it has been amazing!

We have stayed at the Coleraine Premier INN many times over a few to 6 year period and have always enjoyed our stay given its fantastic location and the excellent value for money that it offers. A great place to relax and enjoy the North Coast. Highly recommended.

The hotel, staff, location and experience were excellent as usual but so disappointing to find out that Whitbread/Premier Inn have decided not to renew their lease in 2023. We would encourage Whitbread to reconsider their decision to close, and instead keep this excellent hotel open.

Hotel was very good with exceptionally comfortable bed, peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately Table Table restaurant was the opposite. Breakfast was missing mixed berries which are advertised and poor selection of fresh fruit. Don't expect to have late night drinks at weekends as nothing available after 9.30 on Saturday night. Overall very disappointed with Table Table.

A great hotel situated in Coleraine Riverside retail Park. Staff are very friendly. Though we reached there earlier then the check-in time they kindly gave us the room. The hotel rooms are new and had good facilities. The restaurant was fine and breakfast was excellent. One more thing to add, after leaving we had to return as we forgot one of our phones in there. After promptly informing the staff they had kindly taken it to the reception to give us over. I will strongly recommend this place if you are travelling to the western coast of Northern Ireland. The tourist attractions like Giants Causeway are closeby. The public bus services are not good around. But there are a lot of cheap taxi services So travelling is not a worry even without the car. It is also located at a retail park with a lot of restaurants and nearby activity centre is also there. One of the best Premier Inns I have been to. Cheers

For us, most of the time, Premier Inn stays hit the sweet spot of price, location and good consistent standards... includiing the all important bed comfort and cleanliness/hygiene standards. The Coleraine hotel has excellent friendly helpful staff and we would be very happy to stay again. A couple of areas need improving - free wifi needs boosting - just not good enough, even for simple web-surfing, and some fittings looking a little tired and would benefit from a freshen up. However, sadly we hear that this location is closing early next year and it is concerning that staff appear not to be well informed about the plans for this challenging time - both for their own situations but also so they can re-assure/support future visitors. We would have hoped to stay again.
