Can't leave no stars unfortunately! ?Called in tonight. Was a queue so the young female called for assistance. The other young girl came out(badly plucked eyebrows) and stood and chatted to the other female "assistant". I was left standing like a lemon. The guy behind me marched forward and used the self check out. I had bought petrol so I waited. I then walked forward to the till. SO sorry for disturbing your private conversation dear! She was most unfriendly and zero points for customer service and care. I rarely frequent this place but I will never be back. Perhaps Henderson 's should call in at after 10pm on a mid week and see how these incompetent young staff conduct themselves. No work ethic, manners or customer service and care whatsoever! AVOID this place??????????

Terrible deli, no bread white or brown or mustard or Coleslaw. Asked if they could get a loaf of bread from the shelf she just shook her head, I Had to buy a loaf of bread and jar of mustard in order to get a sandwich at lunchtime.

Very annoyed at staff behaviour in this shop on monday 16th November.. I am a customer of this shop and fill my car with fuel every 7 to 10 days. I always use my phone for bp rewards. On this day i held my phone in front of the lady on the til and on finishing i asked did you scan my phone for the rewards. She said no she didnt you cant now because this is all paid for and i replied this isnt fair just as i said that a young male member of staff came up and shouted there is
