Easily the best restaurant in Coleraine and it's not even really close. Almost every order place is average or sub par for the price, but spice house is truly delicious and authentic. The staff are the friendliest also, really lovely and full of smiles, and the atmosphere inside is great and romantic - very nice decor and always exceptionally clean with wonderful smells.People complaining must be either whining for the sake of it, or they're competition. The fact this place doesn't have 4.8 or above is bewildering, I've been over 10 times now and it is exceptional each time.

Wow, ordered a take away for the first time and the food was exceptional. But even more impressive was the kindness of the staff and their A* customer service. I got delayed collecting the food (so sorry!) and arrived to find everything closed up and everyone ready to go home but stuck waiting for me - and they couldn’t have been kinder or more patient! So sorry again but thank you for the beautiful food and amazing service x x

I thought this place was takeaway only so was surprised to see such a big restaurant inside! The staff were lovely, very friendly and attentive.The menu isn't as big as some other Indian restaurants I've been to previously however there is still a lot to choose from.2 adults and 2 children all left with full tummies. Food was great, atmosphere lovely and cosy, plenty of choice of cocktails/mocktails & alcohol if you fancy!Would definitely be back again.Kid-friendliness: Lots of mocktails for a wee treat for older kidsCordials and fruit juices availableHigh chairs availableCutlery is a big big for childrens hands but we managed.

Called in for a take away order of lamb Bhuna pilau rice Butter Chicken and a few extras. My friend found the Lamb Buna rather tasteless, the lamb was tender but had no flavour which was disappointing. I myself had the butter chicken with Bombay aloo Onion bhaji and samosas which all tasted
From start to finish, nothing could be faulted. The staff were courteous, the food divine, and everything was timed perfectly. From the wine being poured, to the complimentary pappadums, to the starters (Royal chicken - delicious), break between courses, our main dishes ( Tikki Garlic Chilli chicken & Tikka Pasanda - superb) and an unhurried after dinner chat. There was no sense of rushing you through the mean and out the door but the staff were available if needed. A return visit is a definite!

Friendly welcome, very clean and comfortable, food flavoursome, crispy items crispy, meat beautifully spiced, really enjoyed the Lamb Chilli Tika Masalla and Vegatable Rice, complimentary Poppadoms and dips to start, price good too, will definitely return to here again with friends and family.

First time in the Spice House to have dinner. I went for chicken midras and my friend had lamb jalfrezi with rice and naan bread. My dinner was really delicious and spicy (the way I like it). My friend was very satisfied with his food also. The staff was very helpful.didnt have to wait long for food also. Definitely 10/10. Highly recommended . Il be back???
