Bit pricey for being a cafe. Chips came out half cooked half still raw, staff didn’t seem friendly, won’t be back.

The food is always great however the staff really let this place down a bundle. They are always so rude to the customers. They clearly have no desire to be there and it shows. Some of the younger members of staff are very friendly and polite but the older ones who have been there a while speak to the customers like they just can't be bothered with dealing with them. The customer service just isn't there at all. I used to love coming here but my last experience has completely put me off. Would rather eat somewhere where I feel welcome and my custom valued. I felt like a burden when I was placing my order. The attitude of the women working here is absolutely appalling!

I took my granddaughter here a few weeks ago and both had an enjoyable meal. I love the brilliant idea of small plates... prices are good, tables are kept clean and tidy..... pleasant surroundings and that extra wee touch of children's colouring pages & pencils are a great addition.
