The girl taking orders is ignorant and lacks manners. Shouts across the restaurant for u to collect ur order at the till. Twice I've been in now the past few months, both times I've had her serve me. Foods been ok, chips are horrible with the seasoning and always cold. Gotten extremely dear for what you get.

The whole point of fast food outlets is that they’re organised and quick , this place is neither . Took over 30 minutes for a straightforward order of 3 takeaway meals to arrive and when they did 2 of them were missing side orders and at no time were sauces offered . I wasn’t surprised by this as in my waiting time I seen 3 different sit in orders go out either missing items or just wrong . I won’t be back

Food cold and never get order correct. Can be expensive for meal. Hardly ever get good meal always something missing, incorrect order or food cold.

Went through drive-through to get dinner for my family. Spent £40 on two boxes, a burger and a combo meal as well as 20wings.With a single burger being 6 pounds this was ridiculously expensive for what it is, had little to no sauce, 1 tiny piece of Lettuce etc. half of the chicken wings were raw and the chips had green marks on it and full of potato skin. I have worked at KFC for 3 years, had KFC in multiple countries and this was by far the worst takeaway meal I’ve had in my life. KFC Strabane please do better.

First I was told it would take 16 minutes for chicken on the bone, then I was told I'll have to wait another half hour. I spent more time waiting for the chicken to be cooked then driving to Strabane from Ballybofey. I'll understand if it was busy or they sold out of sides, but it's pretty poor having to wait the better part of an hour for chicken on the bone.

Don't get there too late, seems like all the KFC restaurants have a very limited menu after a certain time in the evening. Always been okay during the day and early evening.

Kfc is decent enough as a meal, but this KFC seems to have a problem with logistics and staffing. They are consistently out of items and the staff talk to you as though simply ordering food from them was an inconvenience, I would steer clear of this particular KFC
