Disgusting service, have got from here for years with no problem sometimes multiple times a week, ordered online and there is no option to select different base for pizza, rang straight away once the order was placed to change the base to be told it was in the Oven and all and it can’t be changed which is funny as it usually takes them 1hour to get a delivery out. Tried ordering a new pizza with the base of choice to be told they will no longer deliver to this address. Terrible service for loyal customers

Just got delivery from ahmed kebab lurgan got childs food wrong and sent no dip which will not eat without. Rang them to be told they are not changing it as ther to busy and nothing but abuse down the phone this has happend few times now and i wont be back not very good customer service atal ? and i would get regulary from this place shocking

We used to get our food for dinner from Ahmeds once a week every week & then they started sending dried out cold doner meat from the night before. I complained twice to them & they apologised profusely & said it would nt happen again so i gave them another chance as when they got it right the food is lovely so for a few weeks it was good then back to the rubbish food so again i complained this time tellin them there was plentyof other Kebab shops in the town and again for afew weeks food was fine then back to the cold dried up doner meat so that was where i finished with Ahmed kebab. I didnt mind the price increase as everything is getting dearer but expecting a regular customer who only lived down the street to pay for cold substandarf food is a disgrace. We now get our treat from another local kebab shop who are consistantly good.
