I ordered a pizza and was told that it would take a total of 45 minutes to arrive, it took 3 hours to arrive. I rang and was told it was on its way, I rang again after waiting and went straight to voice mail. This is unacceptable as it is only a short 5 minute drive. I am appalled, disgusted and disappointed by this delivery time.

Ordered a 9 in pizza from here waited and hour and a half before calling to check, the person on the phone was very rude just said its on its way then hung up. 45 mins later i called back and he had not evem taken the order. Terrible

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered my food at 11PM and paid online and waited, at 1AM i phoned the store with no answer and so gave up, the next day I messaged for a refund and was told that i would be able to get one only for my food to arrive shortly after. My food showed up 18 HOURS after ordering. I didn't want my food at this point I wanted a refund. I was asked to "turn a blind eye". Will not be ordering again and would recommend that no one else does as the service is appalling.

Most of the 5* reviews are from fake accounts. Everyone knows this place. Known for the poor service, terribly slow delivery service(cheap service as drivers get paid cheap, if they get paid).Owner owes money to everyone including staff and delivery drivers.Stay away from this scammer, this business should be investigated by forensics. Pay everyone what you owe scammer.

Ordered a family meal deal yesterday and a kick off meal for me and the kids, food was cooked very well , the guy at the counter was really kind, everyone inside was clean and tidy, really fast paced, love it , great experience, dont go by these reviews until youve tried their food

Terrible experience, food is stored badly, out of date, rushed, made by people with no experience and delivery always late. Sometimes you can get through on the phone where they will swear at you and hang up! Dirty conditons, avodiing tax, AJ is the owner and is rude, only cares about making money. The website. the app, and uber eats etc dont line up witht the menu, prices are always way off. I have given up on the refund and free pizza they told me to collect the next night. After an order that was missing a kebab, a side of chips ad chicken nuggets.. I was told something wasnt adding up and I was trying to get free food. Terrible customer service! I just wanted the order to be correct. It is poorly managed and the better staff have no authority.

The food was awful, uncooked in the centre and burned on the outside, my order was incorrect and took over 2 hours to arrive. The staff I dealt with were terrible, customer service is abysmal. Avoid unless you want to be disappointed.

Won the Midweek Special competition and I must say the Hawaiian pizza that I got was lovely and tasty. The garlic bread was to die for too. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Never again.ordered kebab in pita bread for delivery . Paid 5.99. I got underbaked pita bread, 3 slices of kebab meat, 5 pieces of letuce and 3 onion rings . When i added on order extra letuce and onion. Also there was 3 drios or garlic sauce. Delivery was on time so 5 star for delivery on time , but 1 star for food qulaity and quantity.
