“Attended as part of a group of 12 - 7 adults/5 children for the Sunday carvery. Very accommodating with the young children, delicious food, generous portions and great quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely family atmosphere. Highly recommend! Only negative comment was that the kids meals didn't come with any veggies, although the under 5s were free of charge so definitely not a complaint.

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating of coeliac diet - no problem to find out about options, most of the carvery was suitable.”

“Literally just went in to hide from some kids and they let me use the bathroom and gave me a glass of water and let me stay for 5-10 minutes until I knew the kids were gone.

“We rented The Back Bar of the Ballymore Inn for our son’s christening. \nWe’ve been to the restaurant a good few times and knew the food and service were second to none and the Ballymore Inn were our first choice for the event. \nFrom the first emailed enquiry I sent to the follow up after the event Sean & his amazing team were outstanding. \n\nThe room was set up perfectly, stove and candles lighting and the guys set up our balloons, bunting & displayed the cake for guests arriving too. \nThe Ireland game was on the big screen for guests too. \n\nThe food was second to none, every single guest commented that it was the nicest food they had at en event and how it exceeded their expectations. \nThey even adapted some of the food to suit the few kids we had which was totally unexpected and at late notice (from me) catered to my coeliac guests with zero issue and their platters were equally as delicious. \n\nWe had the room for the whole afternoon and there was nothing the team couldn’t do for us. \n\nSpecial mentions to Sean, Mick and especially Hollie who was a total gem on the day and made sure our whole day ran smoothly! \n\nHighly recommend the back bar for functions, everything you need contained in the one location, ramp access for wheelchair users and buggy’s, a bar to yourself, bathrooms off the room too it’s honestly ideal for any events. \n\nWe will definitely be booking for future family events too. \n\nThanks again guys. \n\nPs: raging we didn’t get any photos of the food but everyone was having such a good time the phones were barely out! \nWe went for option 3 of the platters and the mini sliders & fish and chip cones are still being spoken about!”
