I was second time at burger king even I said after first visit I won't be back ever again but my son was asking for a treat.. Food is expensive, small portions that looks that was throwing together quickly, doesn't look delicious. Staff is ignorant, unprofessional, no manners. Won't be back ever.

Young girl at the till and manager very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff is poor got order wrong and did not handle feedback professionally and refused to fix the problem, manager had to step in. We will not be back.

It is never a great experience. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but how many times should you forgive such incompetence? The order is always wrong, and the staff seem clueless. There is no point in addressing their errors as it will only be met with a blank expression and, therefore, a waste of time. Repeated disappointment ? ended up spending double more than anticipated as the girl put through an order of her own. Regretfully ate the food we were given as I didn't have any faith the issue could be resolved. Lesson learnt, won't be back.

There was only 1 person getting served in front of me and my Fries and Burger were barely Warm and the Service was very slow even the Customer in front of me said what would it be like if the place was packed I won’t be going back.Parking: Plenty of Parking here.

As for the burgers, it's a mistake not worth the moneywhen you get your order the burger looks like someone just burnt the bun throwing in some lettuce and some reheated chicken...Big minus burgerYummy bacon frieschicken for kids is a big minus but what do you expect...service incomprehensible and not helpful at all when picking up the order when I asked and a straw for a drink The Asian looked with great reproachwhat's funny...generally, there are no surprises, but rather a disappointment as usualI won't be back again for suretwo stars only for the tasty fries with pieces of bacon, the rest is not worth the price and time.

I do like the occasional fast food burger and would rate Burger King higher than others in the sector. Slower than some but not an issue this time because the food was hot.

What we actually got of the order was cold and awful, and they didnt send out any burgers. Yes, burger king forgot to send out the burgers

Opening hours says until 11pm, never opened past 8pm, staff sitting outside on the bench and just informing people that they are closed.
Cant say we would ever be back first time hear an have to say disgusted is an understatment all the kids were left wanting more food...

I’m not saying I really care about the ice cream machine, but it’s always broken. Every time I have been to this Burger King, it had been broken. Another thing is that all the burgers are dry and don’t look anything like how they’re advertised. It was really disappointing, as i was looking forward to trying the delicious looking burger, but then receiving a dry, sad looking one. The tables are so messy, as if they never clean them. And there are chips all over the floor.

Hadn't been for a longtime (due to previous bad experience) but daughter asked to go as a treat after her school exam. Living local we opted to use drive thru. After waiting 2 - 3 minutes at intercom I was told to come back later as they were too busy.. Following drivers appeared to be told the same. Disaster of a franchise business. Won't be back!
