Absolutely amazing experience! My boyfriend and I came in with our dog to grab a bite. The staff went more than above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Everyone was so warm and welcoming to us and our dog. A few members of staff came over to our dog with some treats and pets, but were courteous enough to ask us if it is okay first. The food was delicious and hot, we were absolutely stuffed when we left. We can’t wait to come back and visit again, they left such on a great impression on us, we were talking about it the whole car ride home. Thank you

Ordered to take away, service was brilliant and the food was 10/10 especially the wings, the staff were even nice enough to write and kind message on one of the boxes for me!

A lot of what Sally’s has to offer merits a five star review, but there were a couple of disappointing trivialities that got me to mark it down. The menu was not as described on their web page, I was so looking forward to the lemon sole, but it had been replaced, largely by a Christmas menu. The vegetables were seriously underdone, not al dente but much less so. But! The service and friendly staff made up for the small things mentioned. The food was tasty and portions were generous. Can’t understand how the beef was served pink after being slow baked, but it was lovely. The deserts were lovely, although the custard with the pear tart was a meagre portion. All I all, a great place to dine, maybe do lunch next time.

Well what can I say. Amazing food, portion size was more than enough and staff so friendly. Can't wait to try the brownie which my daughter took home. Definitely worth another visit soon ☺️

Been here a variety of times with family. The food is always excellent. Our most recent visit coincided with their tomahawk steak offer; cooked to perfection, exceptional.

Friendly country style atmosphere. The staff can't do enough for you and are very attentive, but let you relax and enjoy your meal without hovering over you like in some places.Had the Sunday roast lunch and the quality of the ingredients are obvious on first bite. The roast beef is served up as thick as a steak, cooked to perfection and full of flavour. The same effort goes into the veg & mash, they're more than just plate fillers, along with the yorkie & roastie (and the red wine gravy is delicious). Also had the squid for starters. Lightly battered with a tasty sauce and slaw, notoriously hard to get right, but they do it. And all finished off with the best homemade warm chocolate brownie I've ever had in my life with what I believe was homemade ice cream, the perfect end to a fantastic meal. The only shock you'll get are the prices, it's an absolute bargain.Parking: Plenty of space, no issues even when it's busy.
