Tables not cleared. Sat for 15mins at a table with a dirty cup and a dirty plate looking at me. Had to get up and move to a different table after the customer cleared the table for me. A joke.

Staff were very helpful and service was quick.The iced coffee is delicious and the ice lasts for ages so I don't feel rushed to drink it.My dog really enjoyed his pup cup / puppacino (not entirely sure what to call it, but it's just an espresso cup of cream) too after his trip to the groomers.Dietary restrictions: Various milks available.

*CRAIGAVON DRIVE THRU* Staff are literally ALL rude and miserable and continuously get my order wrong, I had to park up after going through drive thru go in and no one served me and when they eventually did and just brushed me off like I was the inconvenience, I had to wait another 10 minutes as they corrected my order and continuously took more orders and left mine to last. I came here every day but the miserable faces of the staff I think I will park up and walk across to rushmere shopping centre. The staff needs seriously some customer service training as regular customers will get fed up like myself.
Had a lovely iced coffee here, staff were pleasant, quick service and nice view from the big windows. Would recommend!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for wheelchairs

Dreadful. I wrote a review 2 years ago and will be saying exactly the same today. Absolutely NO savoury gluten free options - one offering was a sweet fruit and nut 'tiny' bar. Even though it was busy, the 'wait' was bearable, but noone called my name when my mums panini was ready. (Why bother taking my name?) Coffee was mediocre, tables were dirty, it was just 'substandard'! Staff at the till were pleasant enough but clearly have not received training in hospitality. Very disappointing and will not frequent again. Should have tried Costa - which I wrote in my last review 2 years ago!!

The lady at the counter, Soraja, is rude. She is urgent, impatient, making you feel she wants to get over you. It's a bad feeling, though. It's a deterrent.And then when I waited a while to realize who I was dealing with, she started asking me in a slow spelling what I wanted?. She was very nasty. Not a bit nice. I thought I was suddenly in McDonald's. And she was in such a hurry that she got my order wrong. You shouldn't hire stoned employees. I'm not going back because of her.?
