*CRAIGAVON DRIVE THRU* Staff are literally ALL rude and miserable and continuously get my order wrong, I had to park up after going through drive thru go in and no one served me and when they eventually did and just brushed me off like I was the inconvenience, I had to wait another 10 minutes as they corrected my order and continuously took more orders and left mine to last. I came here every day but the miserable faces of the staff I think I will park up and walk across to rushmere shopping centre. The staff needs seriously some customer service training as regular customers will get fed up like myself.

Dreadful. I wrote a review 2 years ago and will be saying exactly the same today. Absolutely NO savoury gluten free options - one offering was a sweet fruit and nut 'tiny' bar. Even though it was busy, the 'wait' was bearable, but noone called my name when my mums panini was ready. (Why bother taking my name?) Coffee was mediocre, tables were dirty, it was just 'substandard'! Staff at the till were pleasant enough but clearly have not received training in hospitality. Very disappointing and will not frequent again. Should have tried Costa - which I wrote in my last review 2 years ago!!

We come here once every week or so and always have a pleasant experience. Such nice staff! Today my partners daughter spilt a coffee on the floor. One lovely girl with blonde hair cleaned it up for us and gave me a free one to replace it, no questions asked. Just wanted to say thank you so so much, it didn’t go unnoticed!

Can I please say a big thank you to Marco Starbucks boulevard ????? for taken that extra few moments to make my cappuccino just as I asked a big thank you and would go back ever week if I thought Marco was service . Well done you Al staff should learn from his excellent attention to detail and customer service.

Great new decor and a great coffee shop and Staff are Brilliant. However the selection of food products are very sparce. I enjoy a bacon bap but they don't seem to do that anymore. Apart from that, its worth a Visit .

Just out of Starbucks restaurant in rushmere (not the drive through) staff are so lovely and helpful, nothing's too much. 15 minutes to closing and met with smiles and pleasant service as if my daughter and I were the first customers of the day. This is very rare in my experience. Well done and thank you so much, just sorry I didn't get your names. Thank you, we will be back.

On mon 12th july I observed a young man called Ryan working away. He was doing a fantastic job social distancing the customers and clearing and cleaning tables. He was very efficient. Great wee worker. Makes your experience much safer

Don't even know where to start, the staff turnover in this place is unsurprising considering none of them seem to know what they're doing and have zero customer service skills. My order is NEVER right and at the prices they charge the least I would expect is a decent coffee, made how I want it! Clearly very poorly trained staff. I wouldn't like to admit how much I've roughly spent here, but I only continued to go here as it was convenient for me but I'd rather do without than spend another penny here.

Extremely slow walk in service. Customers in store have to wait while the drive thru is prioritised. Perhaps get more staff to serve both customers. Over twenty minute wait for a frappucino is unacceptable. I wont be back

[STARBUCKS DRIVE THROUGH, NOT RUSHMERE} Myself and 2 other girls I was with got the worst case of food poisoning ever on Friday. Ordered 3 iced lattes and within 2 hours we were all violently sick with a fever/ the shakes and extreme diarrhea. Give this Starbucks a miss!

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Craigavon Starbucks.\\n\\nMy friend's car broke down and 2 staff members came out to help us push the car to the nearest lay-by. They were very attentive and helpful and made sure that we were OK. After that, one of the staff members came out and gave us free drinks and told us to let them know if they could help us in anyway.\\n\\nThis was very much appreciated and I really wish we had have asked for their names so that we could send something to thank them.

Just had the loveliest cup of Americano coffee. Ate a really flavoursome Caesar wrap. Finished off with sharing a chocolate muffin and carrot cake with my hubby which were scrumptious. Yum yum! First time here today, and we will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Ordered a hot chocolate, Carmele cream and a Carmele iced frappe. Didn’t get any marshmallows on the hot chocolate, on the frappes didn’t get ANY CREAM OR CARMELE SAUCE which I asked for... instantly threw it into the bin. Waited 25 minutes for this, absolute disgrace will not be back, will be going to costa next time
