“I just stopped in for a quick glass of wine and a cup of tea before my flight. Mark made me feel so welcome, he was so bright and smiley, and clearly works very hard. He had a smile with every person and couldn’t do enough to help. It’s lovely to have a staff member small chat with you a little bit, or crack a joke, it really added to the experience.The adorable little robots help as well.”

“Outstanding service. My wife and I asked for a Box deal and did not want any meat or chicken (they are not halal) so we asked for vegetarian options. The guy at counter was super nice and super helpful. He made sure that he only added cheesy bites onion rings and vegan nuggets. Very impressive. Then the manager of that shift was a gem of his own. What an amazing team. What a great staff.\\n\\nWe were there on 21/07/23 at around 7pm. That staff and the manager really won our hearts”
